As instalaçãoes do hotel são antigas. O quarto que ficamos foi reformado mas haviam 2 canos saindo da parede, como drenos. Apresentação horrivel. Ofereceram 2 garrafas de água como cortesia mas deixam o frigobar vazio. Enxoval de cama e wc novos e limpos. Considero um hotel 3 estrelas.

Nice modern hotel with lovle view on to skyscrapers room 2125. Room clean and sound proofed kattlel and mini bar thats a plus. Bathroom big enough. Spotless clean. Definitely will be back. P.s food is ok but staff need to get more attention for temperature if food

Nice hotel. Good Rooms. Reasonably quiet considering its location. Very close to Levante beach. Could be improved by replenishing the tea, coffee and milk daily. Overall very good and would stay again.

Fin beliggenhet og god service. Hotellrommet var ok men ikke kvalifiserer til en 4stjerners hotell synes vi, var litt gammel. Frokosten var fantastisk, mye god mat og pålegg å velge mellom. Kommer kanskje tilbake.

The room with the panoramic view was good, but I can't say the same for the rest of the hotel. AC was not sufficient, the lobby was very small and uncomfortable. Housekeeping was inconsistent and unsatisfactory. They left our door open for hours one night, I've never had such an experience at a hotel before! The restaurant was the worst of all, with an awful management and unhappy/unfriendly staff. They were rude and made meals a very unpleasant experience. The food was mediocre, the salad bar was quite lacking. I would NOT go back.

This hotel was AMAZING!!! Great rooms clean beautiful views. Close to everything restaurants night entertainment or just stay in hotel by the pool all day so much to do.. we had all inclusive so had breakfast lunch and dinner.. it’s was AMAZING!! Food was so good so many different options all week. The staff at the restaurant were hard working attentive to your every need. My son with autism was treated especially nice by the staff and they were kind and understanding to his needs. Do not hesitate this hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation will definitely be going back

Overpriced but OK
OK but didn't live up to its very high rating. Not an 8.6, I'd say a 7.6. Indoor pool was shut indefinitely, this should have been informed before arrival, not finding out when you get there. Toilets near bar out of service so only one for the whole hotel (unisex) downstairs. No entertainment on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. Unable to use loungers as very few of them and what there were were permanently covered with towels. Small sitting area had loud music so unable to read a book. Basically it was okay but the truth is it is an expensive hotel so the tariff didn't represent great value for money. Pennypinching – had to pay for a key even to use the safe (not a combination lock). And for beach towel. Two small bottles of water in the fridge only supplied on the first date then nothing after that so the people running the business keep their costs very low indeed.

Perfect stay
Lovely hotel, perfectly situated. Rooms were modern, clean and tidy and although right next to a busy road were really quiet at night. The hotel car park was full but check in staff directed us to a nearby underground carpark which was no problem. Food was very good as far as buffets go, staff work very hard to keep it all clean and replenished. The only slight negative was the pool is quite small and the children's pool full of sand and cloudy. Would stay again.

Un très grand merci à Mosta qui travail en tant que serveur pour sont accueil sont amabilité il a été au petit soin pour nous du début à la fin de notre séjour. Un grand plus il y’a quelque personnes qui parle français est c’est vraiment génial. Merci au 2 monsieur de la réception qui parle français je dirais même merci à toutes l’équipe avec ma mère nous avons passer un très très bon séjour. Merci au dame de chambre pour la propreté de la chambre et de l’hôtel en général. Petit point négatif si je peux dire sa car en sois les chambres sont disponibles dès 14h sauf que nous sommes arrivé a 10h exténué et on pensée vraiment passer un mauvais séjours mais tout c’est très bien passer… pour la nourriture dommage qu’il n’y est pas d’option Halal car manger du poisson 1 semaine entière c’est long. Un très grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel Belroy

Belroy Bellisimo
Absolutely lovely hotel! Perfect location; right on the beach (almost) and nestled equidistant to the old town and the main strip. Would absolutely stay here again, the breakfast buffet was one of the better that I’ve had anywhere. The only gripe is the pool is small, but when you’re two minutes from the beach, that’s a compromise I’m happy to make.

The property was very close to the beach and very central to liveliest area of Benidorm.The hotel was very clean and the staff were ok.The pool area was very quiet with not much going on but some people like it that way.The food was good but you had to pay for water if you wanted it with your meal.Not much going on in the bar area but had a singer on one night can’t say about the rest of the week.Overall the hotel was very peaceful and we had a pleasant time.
