Situated in the center of Marbella, La Quinta, we offer our two bedroom apartment with spacious terrace and view over the golf course. The area is most famous for the amazing scenery, cultural sightseeing possibilities and excellent weather. The accommodation has two bedrooms with two bathrooms and everything you expect from a holiday accommodation. Places like Puerto Banus, Marbella, shopping centers, nightlife, restaurants and beaches are reachable within 15 minutes.

The Neighborhood:
We would like to call La Quinta the Beverly Hills of Spain. It is a high class and quiet area with breathtaking views surrounded by many golf courses.

Getting Around:
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:
- Peurto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 10 minutes away.
- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 20 minutes away.
- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minutes away.
- Golf Courses: many options within 10 minutes.
- Gibraltar: beautiful island: 60 minutes away.
- Ronda: 60 minutes away.
- Supermarket: (Mercadona, Diaz, Lidl, Aldi) 5 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. Thesy do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
