Five minutes walking away from the hotel there is a mall called Gran Via 2, with a lot of shops, restaurants and cinemas, where you can enjoy your free time if you don't want to move you from the area. We are pleased to know that you liked the design of our red building and the facilities we offer. The hotel was built and designed by the famous japanese architect Toyo Ito and it was awarded in 2010 as the best skyscraper in the world. On the other hand we regret to hear that the treatment of one of our front desk agents was not right. We would like to present you our apologizes for that situation and we are very sad because our main goal is to satisfy the expectations of service of all our guests and in your case we didn't reach it.
