Kobbegem Villa with Garden

This breathtaking abode welcomes you with open arms and has a fenced private garden which can be used as a place to meditate or a place where kids can run freely. 6 people can stay in 3 bedrooms. Ideal for a family, kids are also welcome here.

The Town Centre of Brussels lies 15 km away, where you can shop for souvenirs and necessities and treat yourself to scrumptious tasty meals as well. Tennis Court is 2 km away, whereas the golf course is 20 km away.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There is also an inner terrace accessible via a work corner. A large living room with an open kitchen leads through sliding glass doors to the garden. Barbecue will make your evenings delightful as you eat great food while admiring the starlit sky.

A pleasant stay overall

We stayed four nights and overall it was a pleasant stay. The house is in a nice location only a 20 minutes drive from the city center. We were with our little dog and unfortunately the garden was not fully enclosed so we were unable to let him off his leash, but he had a nice time regardless with nice walks around the village. However the house was not very clean when we arrived and it could use some closer attention (stains on furniture and rugs, dust on light fixtures, crumbs in the cabinets, etc.). There might also be problems with the septic tank as there was some standing water in the garden and many drains were stopped up (especially in the shower upstairs). But we spent some nice time with our family, the beds were good, and overall the house was as advertised.

Logement bien situé, proche des grands axes de circulations, au calme. Mais assez sale, manque flagrant d'entretien( extérieurs impraticables malgré une terrasse récente, non fauchés; peintures tachées, cuisine assez sale; canapé tapis tissus d'ameublement tachés +++) Les photos sont datées et ne représentent plus la réalité.
