Unique 2/2 condo in the Aspen Core - walk downtown!

This unique and charming condo is located in Aspen's core. The core of Aspen is the epicenter of Aspen’s shopping, dining, nightlife, and the Ajax Gondola that carries skiers and snowboarders up Aspen Mountain. Only a couple blocks away from skiing, hiking or biking, this condo is great for visitors looking to be close to Aspen's many adventures.

The open floor plan condo is located on the first floor (down one flight of stairs), 3 blocks to the Gondola, and only a few blocks from City Market. Lots of amenities in the Condo, with cable television in the living room and app TVs in the two bedrooms. First bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate more guests.

Fun condo. Well described. Perfect for my adult daughter and myself in Aspen for her best friend’s wedding. We wanted 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms for getting ready. Convenient walking location to Caribou Club rehearsal dinner, Casa Tua welcome party, Church wedding and reception shuttle returns to W Hotel, Little Nell and The Gant. Easy walk to the Gondola, Aspen Art Museum , Cache Cache, Gorsuch, Nick Fouquet and really just everywhere ! Host is lovely to deal with. Thank you.

Aspen ease

If you’d like to arrive and park your car and never get in the car again (having been scarred from your I70 driving experience) this rental is THE place! Everything is in walking distance — a great coffee shop, a market, THE mountain, amazing restaurants… We had a wonderful time in this perfect location!

Aspen condo rental experience

Great location and priced like similar units in the area. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking devices and food. Unit was very Quit! There were some maintenance issues with a few items like the bathtubs that don't hold water and needed cleaning and fans were worn out and noisy. Hopefully these will get corrected and it will be a really nice place again,

Easy walk to Gondola

The condo is a great value in Aspen! It is very clean with very comfortable beds, plus there are plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen is stocked fairly well with cooking oils and condiments. The living room TV has cable and multiple apps available. Location is good, as it is a 3 block walk to the Gondola, City Market and the Liquor store. It is 4 blocks to Rubey Park transportation center, where you can take a free bus to Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. Most restaurants and shops are within 10-15 min walk. Maly is supper easy to get a hold of and responds quickly with any concerns. The condo is on the ground floor so from the street you walk down a flight of stairs. There could be noice from the upstairs neighbors. There is a small fireplace but there is no wood available, so we couldn’t use it. The washer and dryer is not in the unit and is coin operated. You need $4 of quarters for one load. Make sure you travel with coins or you can take an 11 min walk to Wells Fargo were you can get a $10 roll of quarters. This is our first time to Aspen and we will definitely come back as the skiing and the community is great!

Almost perfect

This property is almost perfect. It is clean, located close to the market and Silver Queen Gondola, has fast wifi, great heating, fully stocked kitchen, great beds (and a new pull out sofa in the living room), great flat screen TVs with cable and smart TV apps. It has a great ski storage locker inside the front door, new appliances, Keurig coffeemaker, and great water pressure in the showers. The only negative which is not within the owner's control is how paper thin the ceiling is. We could hear the upstairs unit's conversations, TV, music, walking, etc. It may not bother some people but our kids complained when they were trying to go to bed.

Fantastic Stay

Enjoyed this listing while visiting Aspen - it is in a prime location with supermarket very close - we walked to all restaurants and shopping/never getting in the car until it was time to leave. Beds are very comfortable and everything was clean. Prompt communication answered any questions I had. It is on first floor - noting this is down a flight of stairs for anyone with mobility issues. Overall a fantastic stay and I'd highly recommend - great value for the price - esp considering Aspen prices.
