「The apartment was very clean, reasonably well presented, but with slightly tired looking decoration and especially the doors. The electric heating was a nightmare to control / understand how it operated. Excellent location close to the high street in Sedburgh. On arrival the lounge / kitchen area had a strong smell of cooking, needed to have some windows opened for ventilation.」

「Everything from the apartment its location and the cleanliness,the complementary tea coffee milk and parkin crisps and biscuits wonderful touch.Even though we didn't see the owners on this visit we know from previous visits they are helpful and accommodating if we need anything.」

「My daughter’s , grandchildren and I stayed at Morton House for 2 nights whilst visiting the Polar Express (15 minutes drive away). The house was large , warm and welcoming. Children had a ball chasing each other around . Beds are extremely comfortable with quality bedding . Everyone slept very well . Perfect location , visited local churches and park , walked by the river .. Communication from host,, Michelle, was excellent. she even downloaded Polar Exoress film on Sky so the kids could watch...
