Probably one of the best hotels within the budget for a comfortable matress, much more comfortable than most hotels I have stayed in. Woke up relaxed rather than with back pain. Nice cooked breakfast and lots of parking. Not in tbe town but not so far that you could not walk in. Very convenient for the station though. Its on a busy road but we could not hear it inside the spacious family room. Lovely view from the landing window. Room and shower a little bit dated but worked well and spotlessly clean. We will be using the hotel again in the future.

Only stayed one night but were very pleased with service and room. Hotel is very close to town and has own parking so very convenient. Breakfast was well cooked. Our only complaint was our bathroom was extremely hot!!

Confortable room with delicious breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was ideal to walk off a few gins consumed in Arundel town, a ten minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Comfortable clean and friendly.

Stayed for two nights .Mother and son. Hotel very clean . Sound proofing very good no noise from very busy road.. Location good for Rail Station . Lovely friendly staff. Refurbished bathroom, new carpets and decorating, comfortable bed. Home from home!. Will stay here again.

My Stay

Bed comfortable . Shower very good ....hot and good pressure. Room basic but ok... Recieved in reception by a what you call a sterile atmosphere. Hotel person short and blunt. Tried to make polite conversation but gave up in the end...... But....lady helping / serving breakfast was very lovley.... friendly ....helpful and polite. 10 out of 10 for her. Perhaps reception person should watch her and see how its done..!!! Other wise pretty normal place really. Oh yes garden could do with some attention. I sat out there with a pint . I bet Alan Tichmarsh or that big Charlie would love to get thier hands on it...!!!!!

Going hungry

I had a room overlooking the main road so the noise level was quite high. Ear plugs were provided but secondary glazing could have been added to fix the problem. No evening meal or food is available.

Short break

Nice small hotel. Although on a busy main road, as we had a room at the back it was quiet. Lovely breakfast and friendly waitress. Easy walk into arundel.

A very nice place to stay

A very pleasant stay, though we had a small room with en-suite (which was a bit cramped), the location was great with plenty of parking and a really good cooked breakfast!

Quite a comfortable hotel, pretty clean but our room (16) was very hot because it had a very hot bathroom because there was an electric towel radiator. The breakfast was OK, there was a fair amount of traffic noise from the busy road outside. Arundel village is a short walk away.

Business trip

Business trip, nice area, great location, decent breakfast, parking onsite, I was in room 10 on the front of hotel,very noisey road, felt every car go by. Hotel left ear defender buds on dresser,so i believe others have complained.did eventually get to sleep.would only stay here again if i was in rear of hotel,dont stay in rooms 8,9 and 10.

Convenient position. Can easily walk into town to visit centre and castle. Close to rail station but not effected by train noise. Comfortable room and good breakfast.

A Very Pleasant Stay

Accommodating, friendly staff. Great room - far bigger and better than the corporate hotel chains. The breakfast was also great and served with a smile. As for the location, it's only a 7-8 minute walk from the centre of Arundel.

Very pleasant, efficient and helpful staff - good room with all the necessary equipment, quiet even though near a busy road due to good double glazing. Good breakfast served with no delay due to a timing system. Good value for the very reasonable cost, thank you.
