Wir haben aber mit unserem Haustechniker gesprochen um die Reinigung speziell im Stiegenbereich zu intensivieren und die Installation eines rutschfesteren Belages zu überprüfen. Das Hotel wurde in den Jahren 2012 / 2013 komplett renoviert, zu diesem Zeitpunkt war der Klimawandel noch nicht so weit fortgestritten wie heute. Für die nächsten Maßnahmen werden wir natürlich auch Klimageräte in Betracht ziehen. Unsere Watzmannsuite wird an sich von Gästen gerne gebucht und ist deshalb auch oft belegt. Es tut uns leid, dass am ersten Tag das Angebot am Frühstücksbüffet nicht nach unseren Vorgaben aufgefüllt wurde, selbstverständlich möchten wir auch "Spät-Frühstückern" das volle Programm anbieten. Wir möchten uns dafür entschuldigen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen hat, hoffen aber trotzdem, dass Sie uns in Zukunft nochmals die Gelegenheit geben uns von unserer besten Seite zu zeigen.
