The kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a dining table and a dining nook. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower/WC on the main level. The upper floor comprises three rooms, one with a double bed and hand-basin, another with a double bed and hand-basin, and the third with a double bed. There is also a second bathroom with a shower/WC on this level. The house is heated with oil and features a balcony and a partially roofed terrace.
