My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much ! The staff were excellent! I lost my purse at one point and they ensured it was located and returned to me:) The food at this all inclusive is top notch and the restaurant selection was also great ! The entire trip was great, from the hotel room, services, and food. The only thing we experienced was that our A/C went out in the morning, and the room got hot. Thankfully, after 2 PM, it was fixed. But other than that, things were great.

I love the beach of Akumal. It's crystal clear and shallow water with many fishes. It's perfect for small children to enjoy. My 4 year old loves to swim with little fishes around him.
