Hotel is Good and convenient but on the day of check in I reached hotel by 12 Am, and I was told that your booking has been shifted to some other hotel due to over booking, so I really got annoyed and shown them the confirmation also, though after some time I got the room but it was really irritating as I was waited for 15 mms just for Nothing.

Nice hotel centrally located.
This was my first visit to this hotel. It is centrally located on the Race course Road, surrounded by greenery. Polite staff. quick and friendly response by reception and room service. They serve you free break fast which is very sumptuous. In house. Restaurant "Aroma of South" is good in taste of food and service. Room interior is nice. They need to improve bathroom cleanliness. Common space outside the rooms for seating is good. Also it is very easy to get auto rickshaw or taxi for local transport. It is value for money I have decided to visit the same hotel very time I visit Bangalore.

Close to our meeting venue
Very courteous staff. Quick check-in and very clean rooms. Overall a pleasant stay. This was our first visit and we have no regrets choosing this hotel

Excellent Property with Good Customer Service.
Excellent customer service. Centrally located.Near to the main markets and places of tourist interest. Helpfulness of the staff very couterous. Good value for money very neat and clean, sufficiently big rooms, prompt service.

It is OK! Needs renovation
First off the staff needs some training, here are some free tips to improve the customer service. Do not take more than 5 minutes to check-in the customer. Have the reservation ready before the customer arrives. DO NOT forget to give the wifi login credentials. When the customer drops the key at the reception, DO NOT lose it. If you keep complimentary water, make sure it is of good quality and not funky tasting. Improve the quality of complimentary breakfast. Keep clean utensils. For the price of the room I expected better food and variety. Finally the room itself needs a lot of renovation. Also make the checkout process faster, do not make the customer wait.

Good hotel to stay
Very Good place to stay. But WiFi is unstable. If you come without bring your Wifi device, prepare the possible disconnect on internet. Over all, it very good hotel to stay.
