"This property was perfect for our last night. Close to station, restaurants, sky tower and Tokyo plaza. Central 5-10min to all shopping. Fantastic little cafe downstairs and helpful hotel staff that allowed for an early checkin which was most appreciated as hotel checkin time is usually 5pm which is quite late. However the 2pm checkout was perfect. I did discover afterwards that our booking included breakfast. (My fault for not reading fine print but was also not mentioned by staff in check in so if you do book with breakfast included do be sure to ask) "

"This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was wonderful to wake up, grab a to-go breakfast at Lawson’s across the street and walk a few blocks to yamashita park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We could not believe we got this room for the price we did. It’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again. "
