"TL;DR: Great location and room cleanliness/amenities ROOMS (5/5): ~Spacious rooms ~Safe, drawers, mini-fridge, and closet available ~Bathroom is spacious; toilet is separated by a door ~Water pressure was great ~Bathrooms provide toothbrushes, facial products, and toiletries ~TV has mirroring capabilities ~Beds and sheets were so comfortable SERVICE (4/5): ~Staff is very friendly ~They do not have a concierge service ~Daily house keeping comes around (instructions on how to get sheets and towels changed are on cards in the room) ~Check-in (in person) and check-out (electronic kiosk) was very easy FACILITIES (5/5): ~So close to the Kyoto station ~They have a gym (very small) ~Massage chairs are available for 300 Yen ~Public bath is available for certain hours (have soaking pool, showers, mist sauna, lockers, vanity area) ~Coin laundry available (there is a website where you can monitor the progress of your laundry unit) ~Vending machines available on site ~The breakfast buffet always smelled amazing, but we were unable to try it Overall, would definitely stay here again"
