"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. It is the perfect location for easy access for dining and just minutes from Rock City and Ruby Falls. The customer service was available our entire stay. The room is spacious with wifi, a microwave and refrigerator. They also have a fitness area and a pool. The continental breakfast is amazing! They had a complimentary cold lemonade dispenser right by the elevator daily. I am very pleased with our stay at Comfort Inn!"

The only drawback was the elevator did not require your room key to access going up so anyone could take the elevator up to any floor. "My daughter and I stayed in a room with queen bunk beds. The idea is genius for making the most of a small space, but the bunk beds creaked with every movement. Also I’m not a fan of barn doors for bathrooms, but I understand in this instance because there isn’t really room for a door to swing. Space was tight, couldn’t imagine staying here with any more people. Love the design and vibe of the hotel, but probably would not stay here again."
