素晴らしいホテルですが、周辺にはあまり観光名所やレストランがありません

ホテル目の前にトラムの駅がありますが、観光用名所を巡回する路線です。メトロ駅への移動には徒歩10分弱移動する必要があり、ウィーン中央駅から公共交通機関でホテルにたどり着くには、少し遠い位置にあります。チェックアウト後に荷物を預ける場合は注意してください。ホテル周辺には観光名所があるわけではなく、またレストランも比較的少ない印象でした。部屋は大変きれいでしたが、Wi-Fi利用が有料なため、その点でも少し不便を感じました。

チェックインもスムーズでした。しかも、待っている間にシャンパンのサービスをしてもらい満足～。部屋はマリオットクオリティーなので、安心。まわりは歩ける範囲に幾らでも観光名所があるので、トータルでも満足でした。朝食は2人で60ユーロ。流石に高かったので、パスしてみましたが、その代わり、カフェ・モーツァルトの朝食やホテル・ザッハの朝食を楽しんでみました。

とてもいいホテルです

2泊させていただきました。駅からもトラム駅からも近く、どこにでもアクセスしやすいです。チェックインの際の手際も良く、皆さんとても親切でした。お部屋も清潔で設備も整っていました。是非また利用させていただきたいと思います。

快適なホテル

高齢の母と娘と３人で３泊しました。到着した日、ホテル建物の水道設備が故障しており、全館で水が出ないトラブルがあったようですが、我々が到着して１時間ほどで復旧しました。そのことを除けば滞在は快適でした。部屋はきれいに掃除されており、バスルームも清潔。アメニティはロクシタンでした。エグゼクティブラウンジが使えるプランだったので、ラウンジを便利に使えてよかったです。24時間オープンのラウンジは夕方には軽いお食事も用意されており、コンサートやバレエ鑑賞の前にちょっとご飯を食べて出かける等、毎日のように利用しました。朝食は1階のレストランでビュッフェも利用できたのでそちらでいただきましたが、公園に面していて朝から気持ちよくお食事できました。種類も豊富です。ホテルはトラムや地下鉄の駅も近く、大変便利です。リング内の観光スポットは歩いてもまわれます。フロントの方はテキパキしていて案内も完璧。コンジェルジュの方も親切でした。一点、残念なところは部屋でWi-Fiが有料だったことです。海外用ルーターを持っていっていたので２日目からはそちらを使いましたが、今回の中欧旅行でホテルのWi-Fiが有料だったのはここだけです。

２泊して、１泊だけ別のホテル(ザルツブルグ)でまた２泊泊まりました。後の２泊の方がダブルベッド２台のツインで大変快適でした。シャワーだけでバスタブ無でしたが、シャワー部分が仕切られていて広かったので使い勝手が良かったです。冬でなければこれで十分です。

高級ホテルだけあり、快適でした。立地もよく、オペラ座、学友協会に近くです。またミッテ駅からも徒歩1分以内で便利でした。ラウンジを利用しましたが、ラウンジの食事は軽食でありメニューは豊富ではありません。

Wifiが有料

客室のwifiが有料で、ロビー階でしか無料で使えない状況でした。多くの国へ出張しましたが、客室で有料なのはここだけでした。。また、朝食込で予約したつもりだったのですがチェックイン時に朝食は入っていないと言われてしまいました。。無事に旅行できたのでそれはそれでよかったのですが、結局ホテル代が高くついてしまい、トータルで残念な感じは否めません。禁煙室でしたがタバコの匂いもしました。外で購入してきた冷蔵品を部屋の冷蔵庫に入れ、外出先から帰ってきたら冷蔵庫の外に出されていてだめになっていました。。と、、マイナスなことばかり言ってしまいましたが、大変お世話になりました。

さすが五つ星ホテルと感じさせるホテルです。

ホテルの外装はモダン、中は重厚な感じ（グランドフロアーで決してスーツケースを開けられない感じ）各フロアーへのエレベーターはルームキーでのアクセスなので安心です。私の場合とにかく、フロント・清掃スタッフ通じてホテルスタッフの方の感じが良かった。同伴者（父・８７歳）も毎日快眠で、３泊でしたがとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。スタッフの皆さん有難うございました。 Vielen Dank !

食事が美味しくて良かった。

部屋は充分広く快適でした。エグゼクティブフロアのサービスは大変良かったと思います。レストランの朝食もバラエティー豊富でとても美味しい朝食でした。バイキングですが、卵料理はオーダー出来たり、コーヒーはポットで用意してくるたり、レストランのサービスが良かった。最後の日は、早朝出発だったので、頼むとサンドイッチ他、ビックリするほど沢山のパンや果物、ヨーグルトなど袋に詰めてくるました。コスパが良かったと思い満足です。ただ、バスルームにガラスがハマっていて、夜中に眠られず、バスルームの灯をつけると寝室に光が漏れて、寝ている人が起きるのでバスルームの遮光が出来れば最高に快適なホテルです。また、泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。

リンク沿いで立地は申し分ありません。私達がチェックインの際中、10€のチップを出し割り込みで何かを依頼する人が。フロントの女性担当者は「手続き中なので」と言うでもなく、(まあ、チップ１０€人は、私達が手続き中だという事を認識してそうしている訳ですし)チップを貰い私達のチェックインの合間にその人の依頼を完了していました。日本のそのレベルのホテルでは有り得ない事ですが、やはりチップ社会？はたまた差別？ (余りに当然だと言わんばかりの割り込みに、その時は　“えっ？！”と思うだけで時間が過ぎていました(+o+)) そんな事を経験したウィーンマリオットホテルでした。部屋でのWiFiは、相変わらず有料でした。その他は、普通。チェックアウト時の別のフロント女性担当者は笑顔が素敵でした。

居心地はよいのですが、バスタブがないお部屋

お部屋はゆったりしていて居心地はよいのですが、大半がシャワーのみのお部屋だそうです。事前に確認すべきでしたが、バスタブのないお部屋に泊まるのは初めてなので、お部屋をチェンジしてほしいとお願いしたのですが、空きがありませんでした。シャワーのみで大丈夫な人はよいのですが、私はバスタブがないと辛いのでとてもショックでした。それに最近当たり前に感じているWiFiは別料金でしたし、ミネラルウォーターもなかったので、少し驚きました。事前のチェックはきちんとしないといけないことを痛感しました。構えは大きく、ロビーフロアは広くて素敵です。

The Vienna Marriott hotel is top notch. The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and the service provided by the serving staff is excellent. The rooms were cleaned when asked. The garden cafe is nice place to lounge and enjoy a drink or cappuccino.

Fantastic property. The check in was a breeze. Our breakfast was included and ParkRing has a great breakfast spread. All the major attractions are walkable. The staff was very helpful. They have a nice bar called Cascade with excellent bartender. We spent every evening unwinding after doing touristy things. I would highly recommend this place.

Hotel in nice position close by city center. Good breakfast and gym. Swimming pool too small to swim but ok for kids. Biggest problem was room cleaning and services. We have been out full day 9-18 and, once back, room was not made up (twice in 3 days). When we complained they said is normal to have room reset even after 20. Crazy!
