金庫に財布を入れたままチェックアウトしてしまいました。施設へ連絡したところ、忘れ物はないとの一点張りで還ってくることはありませんでした。忘れてしまったのはこちらの落ち度ですが、非常に残念です。 I forgot my wallet in the safe. After check-out, I noticed that and called the hotel and the housekeeper told me there is nothing left. So sad.

少し酔ってロビーで転んだ際に起き上がる手助けをしてくれたり、氷を手配してくれたり、スタッフが非常に親切だった。また、顔を合わす度に挨拶してくれて気持ち良かった。レストランのスタッフの対応も同様。

The only unfortunate event was we could not well communicated for arranging a ride from airport to the hotel prior to the stay so it needed to do some extra work. However, other than this, all over stay was really good as the facility looks a bit old but well maintained, so room was warm even the out side temp was cold, room was clean, staffs were friendly, etc. The access to the city center is also very convenient, and I have enjoyed my stay here

全体的に清潔感があり，水回りもしっかり整備されていた． 防音もしっかりされており，大通りに面しているが音が気になることはなかった． 一点だけ気になるとすれば，スタッフの対応でタクシーの予約を忘れられたり，ルームサービス料を署名が違うのに突き付けてきられたりした．説明すれば理解は貰えたが少し対応に雑さを感じた．

中心から少し離れていたが、SバーンのRenweg駅がすぐ近くで何処に行くにも便利だった。 部屋は大まかにはきれいだったが連泊しているとやや雑な掃除になったのが残念だ。 あとシャワーの不調や電気ケトルの蓋がしまらないなど不便な点もあった。 部屋はとても広くて良かったです。

ベルベデーレ宮殿の裏という立地で駅からは30分くらい歩いたが、わかりやすい。CAの方も泊まっているようで、安定したホテルだと改めて思った。朝食はとても美味しかった。 シャワーの水受けの高さが低く、洗面所が割と水浸しになったので、タオルで塞き止めた。これがヨーロッパスタイルなんだと思う。

2010年から今回で4度目、家内と7泊しました。シックで落着いた雰囲気で設備も快適です。鉄道駅(Rennweg)にも近く空港からも鉄道で来ることができ、鉄道やトラムを使って中心地まで簡単に行くことができます。

自分では選ばないけど悪くはない
予約していたアパートメントが突然キャンセルされ急遽代替で泊まったので特に何の予備知識もなかったけれど滞在は快適だった。自分では選ばないと思うけど、立地も悪くなくサウナが使えるなど快適だった。ホテルの案内には日本語もあり、ツアーとおぼしき方々も見かけたので日本人も多いのかも。トラムも通っており、便利ではあった。宿泊税が２泊で50ユーロもするのはどうかと思う。

立地が良く、部屋も快適
空港や主要駅からのアクセス、観光地へのアクセスも良く立地は最高でした。 ホテル近所に美味しいベーカリー、スーパーマーケット、美味しくて値段も手ごろなブリューワリーもあり食事も楽しめました。 お部屋も広く、のびのび使えます。アメニティは最低限なのと、シャンプー・リンス・ボディーソープ一体型なので、女性の方は別途普段使い慣れた基礎化粧品やヘアケアものを持って行ったほうが良いです。また泊まりたいホテルです。スタッフは皆さん明るく、対応が気持ち良かったです。

初めてウィーン行きました
お部屋はきれいに清掃されていました。バスルームはシャワーコーナーとバスタブが分かれていたのでバスタブにお湯をためてゆっくり入ることができたのは大変良かったです。午前8時ホテル到着でしたがアーリーチェックインできましたのでお部屋で少し休んでから観光にいけたのは助かりました。ホテルのスタッフの皆さんも親切でした 電車のRennweg駅が近くなので足回りは便利でした。

アクセスは少しだけ不便。ウィーンミッテ駅からの乗り換えなどが多い。その分、ウィーン国際空港に往復するのは便利。乗り換えなしで30分かからない。 不便と言ってます、乗り換えが一回発生する程度。慣れれば、ホテルから右斜め前に進めば徒歩数分でバス停、そこを渡れば駅に行ける。

清潔で過ごしやすいホテル
清潔で広く、過ごしやすいホテルだった。 家族で2部屋借りたが、コネクティングルームになっており行き来が容易だった（通常は2枚の扉で仕切られており鍵がかかっている。ホテルの方に鍵を開けてもらった）。 ホテルの方は丁寧な分かりやすい英語で会話してくれたためありがたかった。 部屋に置いてあるホテル案内は、日本語表記もあった。 観光場所の中心からは少し離れるが（それでも国立オペラ座まで徒歩で20〜30分で行けるところだが）最寄駅には徒歩で行けて、そこから電車や路面電車に乗ることができるため、アクセスがよい。 近くの宮殿には徒歩ですぐに行けてよかった。 コスパのよいホテルと思われる。

朝8時頃到着したので荷物だけ預かってもらおうとしたところ、チェックインして部屋へ通してくれました。お陰でお風呂に入ってさっぱりし、すぐ街へ出掛けることができました。 部屋も綺麗で広く、朝ごはんも種類が豊富。スタッフもフレンドリーでとても良いホテルでした。

We stayed three nights at standard room with a tour group and an additional one night an executive room. Buffet breakfast is very delicious. Convenient because of supermarkets and good reasonable restaurants nearby. Not far from the central station. If your stay is very short in Wien and like shopping then you may prefer other areas. We'd like to come back to this hotel if we have another chance of coming to Wien!
