フレンドリーなホテル
中心地からほど近く、路地裏の静かな位置にある。湯沸かし器が部屋にあり、スペインでは珍しい。 バス室にヒートパイプがあり、洗濯ものの乾燥に便利。高級ホテルではないが過ごしやすく、笑顔でフレンドリーな対応がうれしい。

The location was very close to the city center and that was great. Breakfast was not extensive, but was good. Room had no view, but since we only used it for sleeping not a real problem. There were bigger rooms with a balcony and outside view, but we did not got one of these. The staff at the reception was very friendly and most helpfull. In short a nice stay.

Hotel pequeño y céntrico, pero en una calle tranquila, junto al antiguo cauce. Edificio clásico restaurado con sencillez, pero cómodo. Problemas obvios de aparcamiento en el casco antiguo… no hay donde meter el coche. Y la limpieza del suelo de la habitación… mejorable… El resto, muy bien… aconsejable

Hotel consigliatissimo. vicino al centro e ai trasporti. Personale gentile e competente. Tutto perfetto, tuttavia non do 5 stelle per la colazione assai scarsa per quanto riguarda la limitatissima offerta di cose dolci.

Historic old building with antique finishes. Clean and within a 5 -7min walk to the historic centre. Beds were comfortable however rooms are run down, mold in bathrooms and tea kettle, noisy old pipes can head your neighbours very clearly. Property in need of renovations in thier rooms.

Centraal gelegen hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Onze kamer lag op de 5de hoogste verdieping en sliepen onder een mooi dak wat de kamer authentiek maakte. Geen geluidsoverlast of last van het verkeer. Wanneer ik minpuntje moet opnoemen dan is het uitzicht. Wij keken uit op de andere kamers in een soort patio achtig iets en hadden geen balkon.

Ottima location situata a 5 minuti dal centro storico. La metro che porta all’aeroporto dista 10 minuti a piedi. Personale cortese e professionale. Bagno da rivedere.

molto vicina al centro, confortevole e con personale preparato e collaborativo. Eccellente e da consigliare. Eccessiva la prima colazione, un consiglio se posso. Perchè non proporre anche una colazione con succo, brioches e cappuccino a 5-6 euro per gente abituata a una colazione leggera senza spendere 11 euro e/o costringere i clienti ad andare al bar.

Il nostro soggiorno a Valencia è stato piacevolissimo ed abbiamo trovato in questo hotel i comfort da noi richiesti. Disponibilissimi i ragazzi alla reception, che ci hanno spiegato la città e i mezzi pubblici per visitarla nel migliore dei modi. C'è anche la possibilità di fare in hotel i biglietti per la città delle scienze, evitando così la coda all'ingresso. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la ricerca di limitare l'uso della plastica, in quanto i prodotti per il bagno erano in confezioni ecosostenibili e abbiamo trovato in camera anche una bottiglia di acqua in vetro ogni giorno. La stanza era ampia ed il letto molto comodo. Consigliamo moltissimo questa struttura sia per la vicinanza ai monumenti sia per la disponibilità del personale.

Unfortunately this property was entirely inadequate during our stay. The room was very dirty, including used spoons and glasses from previous guests left in the room, a dirty toilet and half-used toilet paper roll, a dirty floor. We left ample time for the room to be cleaned as we arrived at the hotel at 6pm - checkin was at 2. We were honestly disgusted by the conditions. We let the front desk know and all he did was shrug and apologize. Later, when we brought more concerns to him, he offered to change our room but at that point we were already settled and didn’t want to waste our one and only day in Valencia moving rooms. The bed and pillows were also incredibly uncomfortable - my husband and I had the worst sleep. I do not recommend this hotel. The only redeeming factor is it’s location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, nothing fancy. The location is excellent, close to all the sights. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy. Overall a good value and decent hotel.

Wir hatten ein romantisches, hübsches Zimmer. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Zimmer fantastisch. Es gibt etwas wenig Abstellfläche wenn man mehrere Tage bleiben möchte. Das Hotel können wir gerne weiter empfehlen

We will definitely stay here again. Our room on the top floor was spacious and beautiful with a lovely balcony. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking around the old city and Rio park. Five stars.

Abbiamo alloggiato per 2 notti giorni. Posizione centrale per raggiungere facilmente molti luoghi da visitare. Molto pulito e  il personale parla anche italiano ed è molto disponibile e professionale. La colazione, probabilmente per il covid  bisogna scegliarla il giorno prima e non e molto abbondante. Nel complesso un ottimo hotel.
