"It was nice staying at this guest house Shirahama. It was only a few minutes drive from the Shirahama Beach. Also the restaurant was nice. Breakfast was only 500 Yen, but it was really delicious! The staff were polite and friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. I will definitely stay there again."

"This is function more like BnB than an actual hotel. The check in was confusing, staff were non existence, there is only one bus line that run every 30min, and completely stop about 8pm. The sidewalk is narrow and share the same road as cars, it's especially dangerous at home with limited views. There are no diner nearby and everything closes at around 6pm. "

This family hotel treats you like a member of the family and is there when needed but leaves you to enjoy your holiday. We even were given a lift to a local restaurant for our evening meal. We felt totally relaxed and booked an extra night it was so good. We were sad to say goodbye even though our stay had only been two days. We would definitely come...
