The check-in process was a disaster. Not a good system on keeping track of occupied rooms. Many rooms being assigned with guests already in them. Then keys were not working right to the rooms. Guy at the front desk was all by himself. I waited an hour then was told to wait even longer so he could do the people behind me. Need to get a computer system to help manage room assignments!!

Liked the convenient location and ease of check in and out. Dislike it felt old, warm and musty. AC unit room was rattling and sheets and pillows felt very used and old.

I paid $59 for the night for the room. There was a clean bed in a clean room. There was nothing fancy or even new in, or about the room. It is obviously an old hotel with dated equipment, but it has fresh paint and was clean. The only issue I had was that the room was very humid. The chair felt damp and my skin began to feel sticky due to the high level of moisture in the room. And along with moisture comes smells that aren’t pleasing. I guess $68 (total with taxes and fees) for a clean, humid room is all I can expect these days.

The hotel itself was clean but the bathrooms were very dated. Need to renovate. Also, when booking one should be asked if they want an inside or outside room? Many upset patrons at the front desk.

The room was roomy and looked clean. However, the moldy smell was powerful. I checked in at 4:30. I lower the AC to see if it would help. I left right away. I came back after the graduation (midnight). The smell was so bad! I called the front desk, and they couldn’t help me. I called Expedia and got no help. I left at 6 am. The smell was unsafe. A mold problem for sure.

Ck in @5:30p TV not wrkg. 6:15p still waiting 4 repair rm 504 but maintenence was off site.Went 2 dinner back at 8p, tv still not wrkg. Tevin front desk person then gave us room 506. Already in pjs had rm. 504 sanitized now moved to rm 506. Reserved king bed non smoking put in rm 506 no king, 2 queen beds RM REEKED OF SMOKE! HAD 2 RESANITIZE.WIFE HAS LUNG DISEASE MUST BE IN NO SMOKING told Tevin, response was he would tell house keeping and advised when cking out in morning we shld tell house keeping again. He would note the circumstances and apologized TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Refund please

Everything look great till we got to the restroom. When my kids were going to take a shower, there was an old, nasty women's underwear what was left in the tub. Got on the phone with front desk to notify them of the situation. This place should really retrain there housekeepers.

As soon as I opened the door to our room it stunk. The free breakfast was a joke. Others there felt the same way. Little to choose from and no drinks. The front desk ladies were kind.

Facility good, but a bit dated. Walls freshly painted but stucko, wall plastering dated. Breakfast bar choice was limited, no juice and out of coffee and never refilled. Eating area tiny 8 seats. Nothing horrible, but definitely not over the top either.

Not good for business travel
No coffee in the lobby at 9:45 am. No “do not disturb”signs so they beat on your door at 9:15 while you’re on business calls. I do not recommend for business travel.

Where to begin. The hotel for a remodel is still dated. The breakfast is an orange and a breakfast bar and water. The TV stayed pixelated 75% of the time. If you want coffee in your room you have to ask for a coffee maker. It was comfortable and I slept well. Will not stay here again. The front desk was perfect!

The extreme noise at this property from the roads and highway I-10 was totally unacceptable. If staying at this property, don’t expect to sleep. And, breakfast was a joke. Don’t be fooled into believing breakfast is served. Muffins, 1 fruit, snack bars.

First and Last time!
The customers was nice but when I asked for extra towels, I was told, “we are all out of towels.” I couldn’t believe that the hotel was completely out of towels. The Rep did give me directions to Walmart if I really needed wash towels. The room was clean but the bathroom needs some help.

Buyer beware!
Was penalized for using the Hotels.com app. Charged me a 200.00 deposit on a 60.00 room. Not just an authorization but a charge that has not been returned to date. Opening a dispute with my card company. If they do not like the prices we pay on hotels or resent paying commission then don’t list your property on the app. All they are doing is alienating customers. If I wanted to pay 260.00 for a room I wouldn’t stay here. Hotels.com is vital to our business travel plans, hotels has steady pricing and to price gouging because it’s Wednesday. Rude staff, sub par breakfast and the wear and tear is catching up with this property. Disappointed that they are allowed to use the Wyndham brand.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. Location great. Rooms very spacious, clean and quiet. The facility is dated, the breakfast is minimal( but a Cracker Barrel shares the parking lot), Its a clean, comfortable ,safe, well- managed place at a very good price.

POT smoke every day of our stay. Never stay again.
Hotel was nasty 1st room smelled of pot. Swapped room 2nd room has stuff smeared over door jams and sheets and stuff where all stained. When we where cheaking out hallway smelled of pot.
