"Friendly staff, very helpful. The staff spoke very good english. Very clean rooms, shower rooms and public areas of the hotel. Fully functioning kitchen, great for travelling on a budget. About a 10 minute walk to the train station, 10 in the other direction for the main asakusa shopping district. Really enjoyed my stay, had no troubles at all. "The superior double twin room was great. Not huge but just enough had a nice little corner couch, perfect for suitcases. Little fridge, and safe, bidet, hairdryer etc all supplied Their pillows are very hard and seemed to have “dried beans”in them. They do offer an upgrade but we’re out when we tried. Our airplane neck pillows saved us!!otherwise everything was perfect. Staff was super nice!"
