気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

6年前も宿泊したことあったのですが、ちょっと古さを感じてしまいました。比較的安いのでしょうがないとは思います。free wifi がどうしてもつながりませんでした。ただセントラルステーションにも比較的近く場所はいいです。

タオルの交換が毎日はされていなかったので、交換をちゃんとしてくれると嬉しい。また、シャワーヘッドが固定なのですこし使いづらかった。年明けにはシャンパンとチョコをくれた。

気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

セントラル駅から近く、立地は最高です。チャイナタウンにも近く、デパートやスーパーも徒歩圏内なのでその点は何も問題ありません。気になったのはただ１つ、部屋の空調です。通気口に埃がぶら下がるほどついていて、埃アレルギーの私にとってはホテルに入るだけで咳が止まらず辛かったです。エアコンなんてつけたらもっと咳き込み、マスク必須でした。立地がいいだけに、その清潔さが残念でこの評価です。

【良かった点】・朝食は2階のレストランへ直接行き、部屋番号を伝えると後払いで請求されるシステムです。　ビュッフェ形式で、日ごとに一部メニューも変わり、美味しかったです。・交通の便は抜群です。ライトレールの駅まで徒歩数分、セントラル駅も10分程度。　飲食店やショッピングモール、コンビニも徒歩圏内。・日本のビジネスホテルクラスだと思えばよいでしょう。　私みたいに「ホテルは旅行代理店で手配されるような豪華な設備は不要！」と思っている方には良いと思います。　設備は古めですが、清潔でしたし、大型テレビ、朝食サービス、ランドリーサービスなど設備サービスは十分でした。【悪かった点というより注意事項】・日本語対応可となっていますが、私が宿泊した際は日本語での対応はありませんでした。　しかし、簡単な英語で色々と対応して頂き、助かりました。・洗い場が小さいという口コミをよく見ますが、私はそうは感じませんでした。・日本のホテルと違い、部屋着、スリッパ、歯ブラシはありませんので持参を。・ランドリーサービスを使用しましたが、　電話で注文するよう、注文用紙に記載していました。　しかし、電話ではうまく英語が聞き取れず、その旨を伝えるとフロントで対応して頂きました。　柔軟な対応には感謝です。　シドニー中心部にはほぼコインランドリーはありません。悪かった点は全てサービスでカバーされていたので、結果快適に過ごせました。

利点は交通の便、セントラル駅・チャイナタウン駅がすぐ近く。設備は古め。もう少しシャワーの水量が欲しいことと、なぜか最終日に足ふきマットが用意されました。朝食ブッフェは最終日に利用しましたが、物価高のシドニーとしてはコスパが良かった。チェックインの際、インターンシップの日本人女性がいて、助かりました。

セントラル駅に近く、スーパーなど色々なものがそろっていて便利だった。部屋は少し古い印象だったが、数日間滞在した中で、部屋の清掃も毎日しっかりしてくれていた。プールは12月初旬だったこともあり、泳ぐにはまだ寒く、15分ほど歩いたところにあるプールが非常に良くて毎日通った。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス

チェックイン後、部屋に入る際にカードキーが反応せず部屋に入れませんでした。また、固定型シャワーヘッドの位置が低いため、男性（175cm以上）には少し窮屈かもしれません。一応バスタブはありましたが、入浴するには浅すぎるためゆっくりお風呂に浸かりたい場合はおすすめしません。
