オールインクルーシブで安心
事前に口コミなど調べた上で、期待し過ぎず利用しましたが、思いのほか過ごしやすくて良かったです。 5時間で予約。(受付で希望すれば1時間21$で時間延長出来ます) 入室した時間から時間換算スタート。(チェックアウトに申請必要なく、この辺り適当みたい) 私は夜中23:30から利用。 オールインクルーシブで、食べ物も飲み物も無料。アルコールのみ有料。料理の中身も途中で変わるし、これだけ好きに食べれたら言うことなしです。 ジャワーは受付で予約してタオルをもらいます。 リクライニングしないソファ席と、パソコン席などがあり、ソファ席は始めにキープしておかないと、気付いたら席を探す人々で混雑してました。 窓側の席だけ、足おきがあったみたい。 個室が空いてたら120$でベッドで寝れるみたいです。 シャンデリアが眩しかったけれど、0時に消えて少しだけ暗く。必要な人はアイマスク持参をお勧め。 結構ソファチェアで寝れました。 今回シャワーは利用しませんでしたが、リフレッシュできるし、外のロビーよりも安心感があり、女子には良いと思います。 予約しても席が確保されているわけではないので気をつけてください。5時間の滞在内で、周りの人々はかなり入れ替わっていました。 お手洗いの匂いだけ、もう少し換気されてるといいなと思いました。 後から行った外の無料のsnoozeラウンジは満席で、ここもセキュリティかスポットが眩しく、開いてるはずのレストランもサービスがストップしてると文句言ってる人がいたので、 そこを考えると、有料のラウンジは有りだと思います。

22時にチェックインした時には、たくさんの人が いましたが、翌日の2時ぐらいには、空いていて 念願のシャワーも浴びる事ができました。 食事と飲み物もよかったです。

ここはラウンジとしてはいいところです。シャワー室もきれいで料理も美味しかったし比較的静かで良かったです。でも宿泊施設ではないということを明記してほしかったです。足を伸ばして寝られるところがほしかった。

Expedia経由での予約はチェックインに手間取るかも。 チャンギ空港T1にあるラウンジ。 プライオリティパスなどを提示するか当日料金を支払うことでも利用できます。 今回、Expediaで予約できることを知ったので試し3時間利用のプランを予約してみました。 当日、レセプションのお姉さんにExpediaで予約したことを伝えると「？」といった感じに。 Expediaから予約する人が少ないんでしょうね。予約のEチケットを見せろと言われたのでExpediaの予約メール(日本語)を見せました。が、結局お姉さんはわからず。 別のおじさまに代わってもらいました。おじさまは色々と確認してくれ、「たしかに予約が入ってるから、ラウンジ使っていいよ。よかったね！」と満面の笑み。 おじさまがいなかったらどうなってたことか… ラウンジはいたって普通です。 チキンライスやラクサは頼めば作ってもらえます。 アルコールは有料だと言っている人と無料だと言ってる人が両方いますが真偽は不明です。 シャワーはレセプションで受付して鍵をもらうタイプ。 トイレもシャワーも綺麗です。シャワーはお湯が出にくくなることがあります。 3時間プランで予約したのですが、3時間を超えても特に何か言われることはなかったです。 そもそもチェックアウト時間を確認されてないです。 滞在時間を注意されないのであれば、6時間のプランを選ぶ必要はないんじゃないかなと思いました。

ラウンジがイミグレーションの中に・・・
空港に着いて5時間使用で予約していたラウンジで休もうとしていたのですが、 イミグレーションの中にあったため、ラウンジに入れず。。 結局出国3時間前に入ったのですが、ラウンジで使った時間は1時間弱。。 利用するべきではなかった。。

深夜からの5時間パックでした。アルコールはクローズです。10％の利用客でしたので、ラウンジ席も占有できて快適でした。

Inappropriate Listing
This stay was set up for issues from the beginning. The staff was fine. It was not a bad lounge. The shower room has a more than fetid odor. There are worse things. However, this listing was not a hostel. Whether the issue lies with hotel.com or the proprietors, I do not know. As a lounge it was crowded and noisy with limited space to rest between flights when I arrived at 11pm. I saw nothing of the sofa chairs advertised. It was at best a shower and a chair. The showers would have been nice without the odor. I don't feel it is bad lounge. I am still puzzled as to why it was listed on Hotel.com or as a hostel.

Nice stay before flight
The food is great and refreshing, but as expected, the lounge is not quiet at all. People come and leave frequently, and sometimes there are children playing and crying. But I like the food and the drinks, which is provided for around 20 hours. However, in the hotels.com website, it stated that the lounge had to be checked in before 10pm, which is not true. I asked the lounge staff directly and it is allowed to check in anytime. Definitely recommend for all the travellers who would like a safe place to sleep at night, with overnight snacks and drinks provided.

Just a normal lounge room. Not really quiet and kids crying made it hard to rest. Shower facilities nice though and private . Food was the same throughout the night . Toilet facilities for ladies needs to be checked regularly maybe hourly for cleaning

The listing in expedia does not make it clear you need to be traveling from that exact terminal in order to have access to the lounge. I booked and paid for this, yet was not allowed to go thru security with my boarding pass for a different terminal.

Receipt not received
Although it wasn't the lounge's fault. I didn't receive a QR code for my reservation in my email. I placed a reservation thinking that I can check-in anytime; therefore, after the check-in procedure, my 5 hour reservation starts. No I had to check in before 10 PM and not anytime I wanted to. So it's unfortunate for those individuals that fly in at a later time and can't make it before the check in time. Fortunately, they allowed me to check-in. However, I believed to be a favor done by the staff because I didn't receive a receipt and they wrote a check-out time on the back of my boarding ticket. The receipt was important for me later on. It is needed to verify my stay at the lounge because staff checks. So later on the night, staff were going around and checking people's receipts to verify their stay. When it came up to me, I didn't have anything to verify my stay other than my email. Luckily the staff allowed me to stay for my final hour without the receipt.

I was really expecting more from this Lounge..... the food was extremely mediocre and the selection very poor. They did not even have lemonade like Sprite or something like that, and the food selection was mediocre at best. The only good thing about this place was the shower. The actual Lounge itself is very cramped, quite noisy, and extremely small.... next time I shall go to the pool Lounge hosted by aeratol, because there you can have a swim and sit in the jacuzzi and then have a shower afterwards and all the food would cost a little bit extra it is more worth it as I have done this last time. Do not go to this lounge if you pay full price as a walk-in because it is absolutely not worth it. I got this place on sale through Expedia for $38 Australian and even then I'm not completely happy. It is definitely not worth the full price.
