La recepción fue rápida y muy sencilla, la habitación pequeña pero confortable, carece de closet y en mi caso faltaba una mejor insonorización, ya que pude escuchar conversaciónes del cuarto contiguo y ruidos del exterior, lo que se lleva las palmas es el desayuno, simplemente el mejor desayuno de cortesía que se pueda encontrar en la ciudad

Hard to find
The hotel was hard to find. The location on hotels.com is incorrect. They have a sign that is obscured by other hotel signs on the main street. The hotel is hidden and about two blocks from main traffic. My stay was great after l found the hotel and they have a great breakfast.

Esperaba un poco más
El hotel tiene un aspecto viejo y no limpio, nuestra habitación estaba sucia y sin toallas, por lo que tuvieron que cambiarnos a otra habitación un poco menos sucia , el desayuno en general bueno

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is not well maintained. Towels were falling apart, beds were very uncomfortable, the bedroom had a weird smell (between old, moldy and dirty). If you have kids and are just looking for a place where to crash, for the price this might be the best option. I do not recommend it.

front desk and restaurant staff really nice but when i got to my room my toilet was dirty and my sink was stuck with what it look like toilet paper no clean towels and i seen the cleaning ladies told them they got upset because i made them clean my restroom

Cómodo y conveniente. Bien ubicado , habitaciones limpias y relativamente espaciosas. Buen desayuno en el restaurante del hotel. Cercano a súper mercado.ideal para una estancia corta. La habitación doble cuenta con 2 camas matrimoniales, escritorio 2 sillas caja fuerte. Cuentan con servicio de restaurante y bar hasta las 12 de la noche

No lo recomiendo
El cuarto se suponia que eran 2 camas matrimoniales y parecian camas queen size, durisimas las camas, nos fue imposible dormir, el clima no servia se apaga y se encendia cada 5 minutos, y el personal del lobby bien desinteresado en atendernos cuando llegamos, y el baño del cuarto olia a vomito.

Best Western Plus is 3rd hotel name change. There were no washcloths or hand towels. Asked for some received towels for floor. The sink drained VERY SLOWLY. The push button toilet tank kept getting stuck so restroom use was an issue. Mattresses are VERY HARD. Mini split unit cooled great but with lots of noise. Food is great in restaurant unfortunately service is not. We had a young dedicated waiter but he had no help from anyone although he was new. The restaurant was NOT busy but other waiters and hostesses glued to movie on TV set. Wifi spotty.

Habitacion y baño sucios. Olor a cigarro en toda la habitacion. Se solicito limpieza o por lo menos aromatizante y nada.... El desayuno fue fabuloso.
