気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス
ホテルのプールやビーチ、テニスコートなどの施設は広々して良かったです。古い建物のせいもあってか、客室はあまり清潔感がなくカーペットのしみなど気になりました。シャワーは熱いお湯が出ず、トイレも水の流れが止まらなくなったりと問題がありました。問い合わせのため夜10時頃にレセプションに電話しても誰も出ず、困りました。レストランは種類が少なく、メニューも限られていたので、子どもとの食事には少し不便でした。あと、スパでの対応があまり良くなかったです。

食事以外は素晴らしい
コロナ禍の影響で旅行者が少ないことが背景でしょうが、このホテルは現在メンテナンス中で、となりのリゾート＆ゴルフにアップグレードされました。 ３ベッドルームヴィラは、全室プール付きの２階建て、リビングもとても広くて満足です。 ホテルや部屋の施設・サービスは、５つ星のそれで問題なく、快適な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 しかし、なぜか食事が全く魅力的ではありません。朝食・昼食とビュフェを摂りましたが、メニューが４日間変わらず、また、味も不味くはないのですが、美味しくはない、と言ったところです。 周辺はVinh村と言っていい状態で、コンビニなどは一切ありません。軽食やお菓子、飲み物などは全てホテルに注文となります。市場価格での提供なのでそこは問題ありませんが、種類は限られてしまいます。

まずエクスペディアの予約ポリシーには「既存のベッドを利用するお子様は、1 名まで無料でご宿泊いただけます。」という記載があるにもかかわらず、予約後ホテルから来たメールにはエクストラベットをしない場合でも一泊約7,500円が子供1人につき追加料金がかかると言われた。 エクスペディアでの条件と違うのでエクスペディアに聞くようメールで伝えたが、こちらのホテルポリシーのため、と一点張り。 だったらキャンセルしたかったが、エクスペディアの予約条件が返金不可だったため、こちらがエクスペディアに問い合わせる事にしたが、ラインでの問い合わせにはいちいち時間がかかり、1時間待った挙句に返信したら返事が来ず。再び問い合わせるなど不便きわまりない。 今回の事情を説明すると、一旦こちらで建て替え領収書をもらってから返金、としてくれたが、 事前にホテルに状況を説明し、建て替えを不要にするなど、こちらが予約時「返金不可」という条件を受け入れて予約しているのだから、どちらの不手際で起こった状況に関してはこちらの希望を受け入れれ欲しい。 また、空港からホテルの送迎に関してはお粗末。 事前に到着便名を連絡し、到着後もすぐに段取りが付いたものの、なぜか送迎車のタイヤの調子がおかしいと、翻訳機能アプリで状況を説明され30分も待たされた。途中タクシーで行かせて欲しいと言ってももう車が来るから、と待たされた。 掃除はベットメーキングや、備品の追加等は毎日されるもシャワーブースの掃除は結局3日間されていなかった。 大きなリゾートホテルで設備などやはり素晴らしいが、金額に見合うサービスではなかったように思う。

ビンパールスパ、リゾートを予約していたのに、当日の朝に突然メールで 違うホテルに変更になった。 2時のチェックインも 掃除が終わらないからと ずーっとロビーで待たされた。ディスカバリー2というホテルだったが4人で泊まっているのに 部屋のグラスは２つ、あと２つ下さいとお願いしていたのに届かず。部屋の冷蔵庫は前者のドリアンの匂い、ゴミ多数

良いホテル
デラックスダブルルームオーシャンビューに家族3人で宿泊。ホテルは清潔感もあり、眺望も良好でした。フルボードでお願いしましたが、食事も毎回少しずつ違いがあって、3泊は特に飽きもこず楽しめました。スタッフの対応もよかったです。 ただひとつ残念だったのは、フルボードでも隣接のヴィンパールランドが有料（大人500,000VDN，こども400,000VDN）になっていたことです。しかも、大雨の翌日で水がはけておらず、ウォーターパークが利用できませんでした。

ヴィンパールが大好きでニャチャンのヴィンパールラグジュアリーやフーコック島のヴィンパールを何度もリピートしています。お部屋は清潔、掃除が行き届いています。 食事は必ずフルボードにして多様な美味しいブッフェを 楽しんでいます。オフシーズンは人が少なく大きなプールに私たちだけの時もあるくらいです。アクティブティも豊富で私たちは南インド出身のAjay先生のヨガレッスンに2度参加しました。教え方が上手でとても楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。また来年もヴィンパール利用します! 以前はフルボードにすると⁈ヴィンパールの遊園地が 無料でしたが、今年は有料になっており、そこだけが 残念でした。

よくも悪くも巨大ホテル。 施設は充実しているが、施設間の移動が徒歩では難しいほど離れている。 周辺に店もなく、ホテル内箱庭で遊ばされている感覚になる。 部屋は設備も充実していてよかった。 朝食のバッフェも品数も多くてよかった。 併設のサファリは楽しめたが、遊園地は稼働してないアトラクションが多く、価格に見合わない。

レジャー施設はあるがいまいち！
基本がベトナム語のせいなのか、英語も片言の自分たちには、空港からの送迎も事務的で４．５０分も走っていたが何も説明もなく始まり、チェックイン時もカードキーを渡してほとんど説明もなく済まされた。　レジャー施設の利用方法なり、部屋へ行くカートの説明なり朝食の取り方、今回の予約で含まれていて使用できる範囲など。いろいろ説明してもいいはずなのに何もなく残念な感じでした。行く前に口コミサイトで見ていてビンパールランドは宿泊者は出入り自由とか書いてあるものが多かったですが、自分たちの予約ではセットになっていないといわれ余計に支払った感じで気分悪かったです。また、ホテル内でルームチャージをして支払をしてもサインはさせるが控えをくれないのでかなりチェックアウト時不安になります。今回、家族5人で子供ずれでしたが、部屋に常備してくれる水はありますが、ほかの飲み物や食べ物を売っている売店がどこにもないので不便です、レストランも朝と大して変わらないメニューのバイキングとコース料理しかなく、少ししか食べない子供のパスタやピザなどの単品がないので無駄にお金がかかります。さすがに3日目からはナイトマーケットまでタクシーで行って食べましたが、そのほうが安上がりで買い物もできてよかったです。ただ、ビンパールランドとサファリは面白かったです。

オーシャンビューにすべき！
家族4人(夫婦と中２男．小２女）プールからすぐビーチに行けるホテルを条件に探しました。 部屋からの眺めは、写真のとおりの素敵な景色、やはり海側指定にしてよかったです。 ホテルのレンタル自転車での散策、シャトルバスで行く併設の遊園地、、提携のホテル、おいしい朝食、等々大満足の旅でした。

ベビーベッドが間に合わなかった
予め頼んでおいたベビーベッドが結局届かず。 近くにレストランがないのに、 併設レストランがビッフェのみというのは寂しい。 ウォークインビーチ、動物園、水族館、遊園地、キッズプレイ、とにかく一日では足りないくらい楽しめました。子供が10歳くらいの時がベストかも。

ビンパールランドとウォーターパークは、子連れには一日楽しめる施設です。ただし、身長が140センチ未満の場合は、ほとんどのスライダーが使用できず、ベイビー扱いです。ゲームセンターは、やはり、すべて無料でした！

Vin pearlの王国。素晴らしい。けど何かが足りない。
欧米の老夫婦や、社会主義（ロシアを含めて）の人たちが多い。レストランはあるがビュッフェメニューしかない。海も砂浜も綺麗。けど海に魚はいない。

静かなプライベートビーチのあるホテル。 ちょっと、空港からは遠い
よくある、ビーチでの物売りやアクティビティ（マリンジェットやパラセーリング）の騒音がないのでリラックスできる。 朝食も様々なメニューがあり、美味しかったです スタッフもフレンドリーでテキパキではないが、お願いしたことはやってくれた 清掃係の人が、回収したゴミ袋を持って行っておらず、また室内清掃で使ったであろう雑巾が部屋の中に置いてあったり。それだけがマイナス 総合すると、リラックスできたかな

今回ヴィラタイプの部屋に泊まりました。 プライベート感を味わえる素敵な部屋でした。 ただ、お風呂の水圧が弱いのとお湯がぬるいのが残念でした。 でも、またフーコック島に来た時はヴィンパールホテルのヴィラタイプを利用したいです。

Vinperl LandのACTIVITYの身長制限（主に140CM以上必要）が厳しく、子供が楽しめないものが多かった。

プールの大きなホテル
ホテル内は、清潔で静かで、快適でした。 大きなプールがとても印象的で、大人も子供達も楽しめます。 ビーチもすぐ近くにあり、プールと行ったり来たりしながら、両方楽しむことができました。のんびりするのにも申し分ありません。 ただ、食事面については、レストランが、三軒あるにもかかわらず、全てブッフェで、メニューも同じというのは、2日連続でホテル内で楽しむことができません。2日目は、5キロ離れたレストランへ行きました。町からのアクセスが悪いことからも改善した方が良いと思います。

おしなべていいホテルでした。
部屋も設備も新しく、プールやビーチはとてもすいてて快適でした。 フロントやビュッフェは、子供連れでいっぱいでした。 ヴィンパールランドに1日だけ行きましたが、ここはガラガラでした。 あの子供達は、昼間どこにいってるんだろう。

週末に注意
英語を話せる方が極端に少ないです。週末はベトナム人家族でうるさく彼らのマナーのなさに気分を害することが多いことだと思います。全日フルボードにせず、土日はルームサービスがいいかもしれません。プールとビーチはガラ空きなのでゆっくりと過ごせます。

家族向けに最適なホテル
10月に3泊しました。3食付のプランにしましたが、ヴァンパールランドの入館料も含まれており、また周りはホテル以外は食事場所がないので、良かったです。ただホテルの食事は3日が限界ですね、ちょっと飽きます。ウォーターパーク、サファリ、水族館があり、子供連れには最適ですね。またゴルフ場も併設されているため、ゴルフをされる方にもおすすめです。雨季で平日のためかお客さんが少なく、快適でした。市内までは30分程度かかるため、こちらのホテルに泊まる場合はずっとホテル内を想定しておいたほうがよいですね。
