All was good until the morning, there was no hot water for a shower and since we were both heading to work that was not great at all. Talked to the front desk and was told I would get a call from the manager and a small discount on the room but that never happened.

I appreciate that breakfast ended at 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays. I like to keep my curtains open during the day. I also appreciated the sunshine coming through my window brightening up my room and making it feel cheery. 🙂

Hotel was nice and check-in staff was great. Would stay again. Only complaint was the A/C / Heater unit would blow cold air for at least 5 minutes each cycle before the heater kicks in. Stayed during a really cold spell in April. Needed warmth! 😁

I really love the products found in the bathroom. The Dove soap smells amazing and the bodywash left my skin so soft. Jamie was so helpful checking in. Made me feel safe, considering I am a female and was alone. Highly recommend this place if you plan to stay in the Antelope Valley.

Property and workers are both terrible, came a long way to California 6hr trip and staff said that we need a California ID to get inside our hotel room 😂, and didn’t get my money back either

Was very disappointed in the size of the bath towels also one of the wash rags that was in the room was supposedly clean when it was actually dirty also this is the 1st Hilton I've stayed at that didn't include a free breakfast in the morning.The carpet in our room was not in good condition it was dirty and it had stringy things on it the bathroom. was rather small compared to other holiday inns I've stayed I will never stay at this location again because of the dirty rag and the small towels .Another thing heard sirens all night

This a wonderful hotel not the Holiday Inn I remember from the 80's. Since becoming part of the IGH chain everything seems for the better. This is the second IGH hotel I have stayed in, I will be doing so again.
