"We stayed in the Deluxe room this time, the room is very clean and all rooms are seaview room. The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes. Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair. I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day."

"Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"

"1.5 hrs from Naha ( downtown/ airport) , super nice beach front and nice local restaurants closeby (walking distance). Hotel aged and well kept. Need to plan ahead for airport transportation cause airport limousine bus runs only 4 times daily and you will need private taxi if you have early flight leaving which cost you a fortune. Good place to for staycation and honeymoon. Limited choice of restaurants, only one Japanese and the other one is buffet restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"The room sizes are a good size, clean and breakfast was good. Close to Blue Cave for snorkeling and a few dining options around. Good quiet location, you need a car if you want to go and explore the island."

"Palace in Moon Beach exceeded our expectations! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located on a picturesque section of beach and the grounds are well laid out and appealing, with beautiful plants, trees, flowers and other foliage.
