気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
I was planning to arrive at the airport at midnight, so I sent a message on the Expedia website in advance about a late check-in time. However, there was no reply from the hotel. I called three times from P4 station at Newark Liberty International Airport on the day. The hotel staff said they would arrive in about an hour each time, but the shuttle bus never came. I waited at the station for more than three hours. Even in the middle of the night, the shuttle buses of other hotels came to the station every hour. However, the shuttle bus of this hotel never came. I will stay at another hotel next time.
