My stay was great. The elevator makes noise that really scary. The wifi doesn't work. The air conditioner doesn’t work well, I called maintenance all he did was adjust the blower and clean the filter.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!
I was very disappointed in my view as I specified a courtyard view when I booked and also at the desk at time of check in. The condition of the building is in need or repair. We don’t stay in chain hotels as we enjoy the authenticity of places such as your hotel. Your hotel is beautiful but needs some TLC! I left notes for the staff on areas that were broken, non-functional and in need of repair in room 301. The leaky ceiling in the bathroom just needs some new ceiling tiles and a little sanding and paint on the rafters. The make-up mirror in the bathroom had a broken bracket. The outlet near the window didn’t work. Our telephone didn’t work at all as well. We did appreciate the regular alarm clock at the bedside. With the restaurant downstairs it would have been nice to have a microwave available near the ice machine on each floor to re-heat leftovers for those late night snacks. The outdoor area was nice & we enjoyed the convenience of on-site valet parking. We’ll be back to the Nola French Quarter area for a concert Labor Day weekend and will consider staying at your place again. Like I said, the building needs TLC and repair but the staff was awesome! 🤗

The hotel was fine the staff wasn’t very helpful when there was a mixup with a booking, telling me I should have called them and booked with them, at the time the snide response was definitely not needed and was pretty unprofessional and rude. I realize I should have done that while dealing (and continue to deal with having money not refunded), I didn’t need the comment while dealing with missing money. It was very much a kick a person while they’re down, it was unwarranted and all around a sloppy way to respond to a costumer
