Awesome place to stay with access to the main areas of Mildura and multiple dining options. Hotel is start to get a little dated but still more than does the trick for a good night stay

Very noisy till about 4am. Between music, traffic and drunk people yelling. Wouldnt not recommend staying on weekends.

Overall condition a bit tatty - needs some painting! For example brown marks on walls and ceilings in our room (we had a suite). Beds not comfortable at all - probably the biggest minus! On the plus side, the location is fantastic, local food options really good, the pool area is very nice. And the staff are friendly and efficient. Mildura itself is a pleasant surprise! Mildura
The cheaper rooms are small and located at the back of the Hotel with access to noisy courtyards. Hotel eateries are expensive. There is good access to eateries nearby and the hotel is in the middle of the city.

Would not recommend! May as well not have walls and have one guest commune.. save your sanity and money and stay elsewhere.

The only positive was my brief encounters with staff. The hotel room itself was very poorly kept, holes in linens and paint flaking off walls. To top it off we couldn’t shower in the property as the water continued to go freezing cold/boiling hot without touching the taps. My back was quite burnt and I was unable to freshen up. Safe to say we left at the earliest convenience and won’t be back to this hotel.

Average stay - this hotel in 1 word is OLD and rundown, everything seems to be done on the cheap with patch up jobs everywhere you look. The best part was the pool which was awesome

I paid $200 a night for a room that was 2x smaller than my friends who paid the same, felt like sleeping a closet. Overpriced for the beds as well, very uncomfortable.

Extremely noisy between rooms. Felt like elephants were above and I could hear conversations from other rooms word for word. No lift. No parking.

The rooms were very disappointing very old and depressing and not clean. The carpet was all stained and loose. Very dissapointed for nearly $200 per night.

The day we turned up there was a market/concert in the Main Street and there was no parking. Had to drive around hoping that someone would leave before been able to park and enter the hotel.

Noisey
Corner room overlooking traffic lights and truck noise throughout the night was terrible. Not sleep at all and room wasn't cheap.

Quality Hotel Mildura Grand - Need Work
The staff were nice, location is fantastic, no parking on the premises, you have to park your car across the road in a public car park and lug stuff accross the road. The bedroom I stayed in was small and my windows were frosted, so you couldn’t see outside, I looked at three different rooms and they are all much the same, I’m sure there are better rooms if you were to pay a lot more money, I didn’t think the value for your money was that great. This place is very dated and needs a big overhaul.

There was nothing Grand about the Grand Hotel Mildura. It is old and tired as are the rooms a nd Lift. we were there 2 Nights and had no Television reception and nobody able to fix it. If we hadn't had to pay in advance we would not have stayed there

Location is great, room looked tired but tidy. A few things like the phone was covered in dust but otherwise reasonably present. Not much natural light in the room and the only window was a block out blind that was along the hallway people walk pas. Also the access if you have a pram etc is extremely poor and it was incredibly frustrating to get around the property.

The property is in need of an update . Interior Needs modernising and the bed was too hard . This is grand building from the outside but the bedrooms let it down

We really enjoyed our stay at Quality Hotel Mildura Grand. The hotel is central to cafes, restaurants, walking tracks, shopping and the river. The staff were very pleasant . Our room was right near the road and could therefore hear the road noise, however there are so many rooms at the Hotel, you could request a room away from the road if you would like somewhere quieter. Overall it was a lovely place to stay.

We had one of the newer rooms (executive suit) which was nice, clean and well appointed. The staff whilst ok could of have been friendlier and the property in general could use an upgrade. Overall would stay there again as long as it was in one of the new rooms.
