「We were in SLC for meetings and decided to get a few extra days of sunshine in Mesquite. The condo was extremely clean and presented same as the photos. Super comfortable and in a residential neighborhood great for early morning walks. The hosts were super about communicating and we would definitely stay here again.」

「The property worked well for our purpose. Great location. Close to courses and casino’s. We had a few minor issues but Sheri bent over backwards to fix things. If you are here on a golf trip and are going into St. George, remember there is a 1 hour time change at the Utah border.」

「I found chunks of dried something in the carpet, not sure if it was raisins or what. One pillow smelled like laundry soap, while the other pillow smelled like men's cologne, so wasnt entirely sure if the sheets were washed. There was hair in one of the showers, and crusty stuff on the tv remote in the bedroom. So, kind of a yuk factor. The place was nice, but clearly not cleaned very well. Not sure why i had to pay a cleaning fee when it wasnt cleaned very well for my stay.」

「Mesquite is a sleepy town about 1.5hrs away from vegas towards Utah. We were lucky to book the best location. multiple sleeping rooms, pool, putting green, spa, coffee, bbq. Turtle Cove property was close to everything (its a small town, everything is pretty close). hosts even recommended their favorite restaurants which we found helpful. So we were able to golf multiple days at wolf creek. we got to go to the casino both nights. made it home safe and sound. sorry for losing the garage door...

The neighborhood is quiet and close to all services, restaurants, entertainment etc. The Host/Owner was gracious and responsive with booking and answered questions promptly.
