気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
We got to the hotel shortly after midnight, after a long travel day. Upon driving to the rear of the hotel we noticed that there was about a half dozen people that were arguing outside, they appeared to be homeless and not guests of the hotel. Once getting to the room it got worse. When our laid down on the bed roughly 15 large bugs came running out from behind the pillow. After dealing with the initial shock we noticed live and dead bugs littered around the room. We packed up and left immediately. When I had spoke to manager at the front desk he seem un-phased and was like oh well. I asked for a refund and he told me that I needed to contact Expedia. The Expedia representative was amazing and was able to resolve this in a matter of moments.
