空港近くの便利なホテル
空港から近いので前回から利用しています。 前回はとても豪勢な広い部屋でしたが、 今回は普通の部屋でした。バスタブもなかったのが残念でした。 ホテルにはプールもありゆっくりするのにもいいと思います。 朝食はブッフェスタイルで、1人97000ルピアでした。

夜中に空港に着いたので、空港に近いホテル選びました。空港への迎えも頼んだのですが、とても親切で良心的でした。十分に綺麗で、朝食付きでこの値段は安い！ Wifiもホテル中どこでも無料アクセス出来て助かりました。

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス
快適でした
ビジネス利用で1泊のみの滞在でしたが、長旅の疲れを落とせました。ベッドは快適でしたが、WiFiは廊下では繋がるが部屋にはいると繋がりにくい状況でした。アメニティ類が少ない。歯ブラシもない。シャワーの出は弱い（レインフォレストタイプですが穴が細かく少ない？）ですが、温水はすぐ出ました。部屋のミニバーはほとんど冷えていません。朝食はとても良かった。中でもマナド風のおかゆはVery Good!　ゴルフ場の眺めもよく、ゆっくり滞在するととても良いと思います。

意外に涼しいきれいなホテル
赤道直下にありながら、なぜか意外に涼しい清潔なホテルです。問題は空港からの道がひどく渋滞すること。でもこれはホテルのせいではない。一つ困ったことは空調が利き過ぎ。結局、空調を止めて寝ました。朝はプールで泳ぎましたが、けっこうしっかり長さも深さもあるプールで、本格的に泳げます。水は比較的冷たく（と言っても熱帯にしては）非常に透明度が高くきれい。ただし、衛生的かどうかは不明。

We stayed at Novotel for 2 weeks. We wanted to relax and recoup after a tiring birding and wildlife trip. It was a wonderful stay and we were glad we chose to stay here.They gave us a quiet room and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The kitchen staff, big shout out to Anita and team customized our meals since I was vegetarian with so many diet restrictions. Am really appreciative of this gesture. Siti, Emma, and her team at the front office are amazing & super helpful. I don't know the names to thank them personally, so here's a big Thankyou to all the smiling faces and helpful folks who made our stay very comfortable.

Bring your own Starlink satellite receiver
If you don't use wifi in your life then this is the perfect place for you! I ended up walking to a coffee shop to get wifi connection and sat for a few hours working, was really happy to be leaving this hotel. just stay in Mando Four Seasons and if you want to play golf it's only a 15 min drive to the golf course, the ground was very wet on the course, bring your wellies.

The manager was exceptionally accommodating. He went above and beyond the usual level of service one could expect. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. My husband said the coffee was the best he had in years. He loved it!

Country setting. No traffic noise. Close to airport. Jems went above and beyond to give us a wonderful warm experience at check in. My room was noisy as it was next to an elevator. Not only did they change it but they gave me an upgrade to my room. Mathias checked in with us to see how are stay was going and you could tell that he was genuinely interested in making sure that all our needs were met. I will be returning in two weeks.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Essen gut - auch wenn die Auswahl auf der Karte recht klein ist. Frühstück sehr gut. Die Zimmer könnten allerdings dringend mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Auch die Reinigung könnte besser sein. Die Betten sind jedoch gut und der vom Hotel arrangierte Transfer hat bestens funktioniert. Insofern war das Hotel für unsere Zwecke gut, jedoch würden wir hier nicht mehrere Nächte oder einen ganzen Urlaub verbringen wollen.

Outdated and not very clean rooms. Hotel itself is beautiful, restaurant and pool area are great. Food so so. But rooms are so outdated and needs maintenance and some extra cleaning.

Staff service was good. However cleanliness in the room was poor. Breakfast spread was poor and replenishment of food slow. The 2 coffee machines were slow and staff not vigilant in replenishing coffee beans or milk.
