Hotel is ok but there’s no towel available. Called for request at 4pm, they promised to send at 5pm, until 12am there’s no towel available. Called again, they’ll send the next morning, replacing with fave towel, some badly torn. Bad service.

I was very disappointed with the hotel once we check in the room was very smelly, the water heater not function, the air conditioning too. The bed got blood stains and the table was full of dust. It was I didn't stay at this hotel at all. I complained to front office they said they don't know anything we are so upset and straight away check out. They are u hope I can get the full refund I was very upset

all is good , but the breakfast can’t enjoy as only till 1030
