到着口を出て、右前方にある、ホテルを表すベッドのマークがあるベルトコンベアー(段のないエスカレータ)でrenfe乗り場方面へ一階分降ります。(海外によくある、地上階が0階なので、日本語サイトだと表記が一階だったり地下一階だったりバラバラです!)降りたら、改札を背に180度振り返ると、白っぽい明るい壁面が見えるので、壁の右端へ向かいスロープを上がると、すぐフロントに到着! フロントの方も親切で、鍵と人数分のミニミネラルウォーターを受け取り、部屋へ。 床面は絨毯ではないので、スーツケースのタイヤも楽です。 掃除も行き届き、仮の宿としては申し分なしです。 伊丹空港の空港内ホテルによく似た雰囲気ですが、断然こちらの方がゆったりしていました! 最近では珍しくSONYのＴＶでしたが、7号室はちょっと壊れたテレビでした(;_;) シャワーも蛇口の高さ調節&ヘッドの取り外し可でありがたかったですが、湯量が少なめでした。 チェックアウトもスムーズで、出発階へもエレベーターで即! トランジット利用には超オススメです。

空港ターミナルビル内地下にに位置しており、飛行機の発着等の騒音はほとんど聞けない静かな環境でした。朝食等のサ－ビス、空港発着ロビーへの距離は非常に近く乗り継ぎには最適でした。

まず空港があんなに広いのに看板、表示がほぼなく、場所も分かりづらい。チェックインしたくても受け付けの人はいない。部屋の鍵が壊れていた。深夜着だったので疲れていて寝てしまいましたが、、、 ターミナル移動も凄く時間かかるので微妙です。

空港内ホテルはノンストレス
翌日早い午後のフライトを控えて15時過ぎにマドリードバラハス空港に到着のフライトで利用した。3名、エキストラベッドありの3号室。目の前のセルフカフェでは思いがけず飲食がフリーで、豊富な種類のカフェ、ビールを含めたコールドドリンク、缶詰のサラダやサンドイッチ、クロワッサンなどが準備されていた。宿泊者は時間を問わず利用が可能。室内は清潔にお手入れされており、友人2人と3人での利用でも不快に感じる点は全くなかった。電源も各所にあり便利に利用可能、冷蔵庫も必要十分なサイズ。ただ、室内ではWi-Fi、データ通信とも不安定なので利用の際は空港内か地下鉄、renfeそばまで行くことを勧めたい。ちなみに、地下鉄、renfeとも下車して右方向に進み上階へのエスカレーターに乗らずに30秒ほど歩くとこのホテルのフロントがある。空港到着時のアクセスも同様で地下鉄への下りエスカレーターを降り、Uターンするとホテルの入り口はすぐそこ。 フロントはとても親切で対応がとてもいい。

早朝フライトだったため空港の中に滞在できるのはとてもありがたかった！ しかし空港の中だから振動や階段を上る音も気になった。 壁が薄めなのか廊下の音もよく聞こえてくる。 部屋は広くて2〜3個の大きなスーツケースも広げられるくらい。 深夜の到着や早朝の出発なら宿泊する価値あり。

空港のターミナル４のレンフェとメトロの乗り場のすぐそばにあり、便利である。ホテルの中は、フロント・部屋・朝食会場がコンパクトにまとまっている。朝食のメニューはそれほど多くないが朝早くから利用できるのが良い。部屋はそれほど広くはないが、スーツケースを広げやすい配置になっている。清潔。シャワーブースが独立しているのが良い。浴室・トイレの扉がほぼ透明なのが少し嫌だ。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。空港からの騒音が聞こえる時がある。アメニティになぜかティッシュが無い。

HelloSky was a very convenient option when needing a place to stay between flights. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a coffee machine and a stocked mini-bar (for a fee). It was not the quietest, and you could feel the vibrations of what I can only assume was airplanes landing. Overall, a very convenient option.

Very convenient to stay within the terminal for a quick overnight. Surprised at how quiet the rooms were. Decor was modern minimalist, bed was okay (not lush, but firm) and private bathroom/shower was well equipped. Overall really clean, friendly 24hour front desk, easy in and out for restaurants within walking distance inside the terminal. Felt safe and well rested for next flight in the morning, same terminal!

Once we actually arrived at the correct location, it was great! Finding the property in the airport was difficult. I called the property twice to get clarification.

Exyremely convenient if you are spending a few hours or a short night at T4 Barajas. My room was as requested and staff were very nice. For the price it could offer a better breakfast, drinking water and shampoo. Area around the hotel not nice, did not feel very safe, more like areas around a railway station.

It is very difficult to find this short stay hotel you must leave security and it is on the bottom floor of the airport. They do not have USB port and there’s no free water or anything except coffee.

Excellent choice for a long layover. Going back through security took 10 minutes, which you have to do anyways whether you take a rest here or go straight to connecting flights

This is a great place to stay if you want to avoid morning shuttles or taxi rides to get to your gate on time. This hotel is right in the airport. Directly across from Budget/Avis car rental return. No windows, but quiet enough and the rooms are clean and spacious enough (executive room). Staff was great!

Staying here is so convenient for early flights out of Madrid. It takes a lot of stress out of arriving at the airport three hours early for international flights. Just wake up and you are already there! One improvement that I would suggest is more signs or clear directions for how to get there. It is quite hidden down among the car rental places. We had to ask an employee at Enterprise how to find it.
