"Gorgeous island and a 5 star property. The advantage of this side of El Nido (Taytay) is that there are no other resorts in the area. You are always alone on trips to small islands or diving. "Stayed for 5 days before my flight to Bali. Loved the ambiance, the masculine aesthetic of the spacious room, the friendly staff, the buffet breakfast (wish more fresh fruits were served though). As it was scorching outside, didn’t really mind staying inside my room most of the time. This property will be my hotel of choice next time I visit!"

"The Manila Hotel has an in-house Nurse and Dr staff that is very valuable one of you’re sick and I had an upper respiratory infection. They got me taken care of in no time and we’re very reasonable polite courteous, thoughtful, and continue checking on me until I felt well. You will love it if you’re sick use their facility. "

"Only downside are the windows. They need to be properly maintained as the room I got looked like it hasn’t been wiped from the outside for years already. Overall, a really good place to stay in."

"I didnt know what to expect when I booked it. Arrival was by bus from the airport to the harbour and boat to the island. The harbour is not easy to maneuvere, and not advisable for anyone with mobility issues. There are 16 cottages and they are small but lovely, mine [number 1] was right on the beach. The staff and boatmen are lovely and nothing is a problem to them, including arranging excursions for you. Food is good and pool area great. Thank you for a wonderful peaceful week."
