アメリカの豪邸風な宿

ホテルとしては外見が小さな建物ですが、一寸騒々しい街の中心街から離れて緑に囲まれたオープンエリアにあるアメリカの豪邸のような宿で、ロビーというより暖炉のある居間やＰＣが使える書斎もある。食事は隣の瀟洒なレストランで。街をぶらつくには少し距離があるので、車の無い人には少し不便〔歩けない距離ではないが）初日は私たち夫婦だけだったのでホテルの大型ダイニングバーで前日食べたいものを揃えて提供してくれた。米軍をリタイヤした人が４人でやっている宿だが、建物の中には通常人が居ないので別荘気分でくつろげた。夜は静か過ぎて怖いぐらい。部屋は６部屋ぐらい？でジャグジーがある部屋やメザニンスタイルの部屋、いずれもパスタブとシャワーがある。カヌピー、乗馬、コーヒー園見学等の土地のイベント・ツアーへの申し込みもしてくれてホテルまでピックアップに来てもらえる。英語が通じる〔その方が良いよう）のも日本人にとっては過ごしやすいところ。是非お勧めの宿。

Beautiful setting by the river. Very helpful and accommodating staff. The only thing that was missing was the room service….as I couldn’t find the menu. Overall the stay was very comfortable.

Probably the finest Inn I have ever stayed at. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. You will never want to stay anywhere else when visiting Boquete!

Great Boutique Hotel

Staying here feels like staying at a wealthy friend's home on the banks of the rio pianista. Everything was perfect except there was no coffee in the morning until you go next door to the restaurant for the free continental breakfast. The groundskeepers start early at 7am and there was some noise from that. Otherwise perfect. You must experience!!!

Excelente estadía!

Tuvimos una excelente estadía, fuimos con nuestras 2 hijas, así que reservamos la habitación de 2 pisos (maracuyá) que es bastante amplia, además el poder usar las áreas comunes aumenta bastante el comfort. Es la segunda ocasión en la que nos hospedamos en Riverside Inn y esperamos volver.

La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de la ciudad, pero lejos del ajetreo, el tráfico y el bullicio. Te transportas a un pequeño paraíso, dentro del ya hermoso ambiente que caracteriza a boquete. El personal es sumamente atento y cordial. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y garantizan la privacidad.

Great boutique hotel in Boquete

Excellent choice in Boquete to explore the town. Great restaurant and overall property in a quiet, relaxing environment. The Caldera river behind adds to the magic of the place. You will feel at home.

Unas buenas y otras no tanto

Empiezo por lo positivo, era mi cumpleaños, en la recepción cuando realicé en el check Inn me dieron una habitación con mejor vista y terraza que no estaba ocupada, también me regalaron una botella de vino. Lo que no fue agradable, es un hotel pequeño y el área común está en el centro de la casa, sala, bar, chimenea, estancia y a las orillas los cuartos en la misma planta. Alas 2:30 AM llegaron otros huéspedes hablando muy fuerte debatiendo como si fuera mediodía en las áreas comunes, el ruido nos despertó a mi esposa, como no hay nadie en recepción no se callaron si no media hora después. Lo segundo es que desde las 7:00 hasta las 12:00 no hubo luz, sin TV, sin poder usar el jacuzzi, a oscuras hasta abrir las ventanas para tener luz del exterior, en el restaurante sin poder preparar un buen café, etc. En el check out les comenté que no fue un buen descanso y fue incómodo el no tener luz y la respuesta es que son situaciones que no pueden controlar. Creo que deben asegurarse que las reglas se cumplan a los huéspedes o tener a alguien en la noche que esté al pendiente y ponga orden. Si medio día de un hotel a este precio no hay luz que al menos busquen como compensarlo por servicio. Si no pueden controlar estas situaciones, el cliente que culpa? La actitud en el servicio hace la diferencia y más por un hotel en el que uno paga para descansar y pasársela bien y más a este precio. Hubiera preferido una habitación más pequeña en la que hubiera podido descansar bien.

It was perfect. Except I would suggest putting a cute sign at rooms to be mindful of others guests in the morning. There were few kids thst were not too loud but it woke me up.

A little taste of paradise

Wonderful little boutique hotel nestled within the valley of Boquete. Spent a week at this wonderful hotel and were completely pampered by their amazing staff. Great restaurant run by the same owners as the hotel. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful grounds

The area resounding the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, the room was large and comfortable. As others commented, the bed did squeak when you move and the room made popping noises (sounded like it was raining when it was not) due to the metal roof. There is only one restaurant option nearby which is The Rock ( under same management) which had a good breakfast and decent dinner options. The town is a bit far from the hotel and a car is a requirement if you decide to stay in this hotel.

Disfrutamos muchísimo!

Fueron días inolvidables! El hotel es pequeño, pero las habitaciones son muy amplias y acogedoras. Tiene la gran ventaja de tener al Rest. The Rock al lado, donde la buena comida y la atención se unen Mi nieto de 7 años quedó encantado! Agradecemos a todos por hacernos pasar unos días de sueño, especialmente a Margarita. Lo recomendamos Solo tener cuidado con las llaves de la entrada de la puerta principal, la próxima vez que me hospede pediremos que no la entreguen. Lamentablemente se quebró, hubo que pagarla y el costo es elevado. Por lo demás, excelente!
