The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver was so kind and patient with an elderly lady on the shuttle who was confused. We were very comfortable in our room.

T Good location but the carpet in the room was so filthy. It has nail clippings and grape stems left behind. The shuttle was super fast though!

The hotel is quite worn and needs updating. The staff was always very nice and helpful. The 24 hour shuttle was wonderful as I had very late arrival and very early departure. My room was clean except for shower curtain which had a very musty smell. Closeness to airport was a real plus.

I checked in at night and there were no parking spaces in the front of the hotel so I had to go in the back. It was isolated, dark, scary & unsafe for a single woman. There should be better lighting & better access to an entrance in the back!

Clerk gave wrong room number after checking in; broken keurig in room; had to ask 3x for more coffee pods after machine replaced; shampoo container empty- requested more they brought shower gel instead. About rte only good thing was Tori at the bar and food was surprisingly very good. Maurice was kind and comped a meal for my troubles

Pros: Very large room and bath with lots of counter space. Beautiful view. Cons: Check-in was not very friendly, woke up the next morning to the man next door yelling violently at his wife, and the front desk clerk seem completely unconcerned about her safety, bathroom lighting was very dim, shower pressure very low, and temperature uneven. I would say overall not a great value for the price, but the location to the airport is great. Shuttle was excellent.

Staff was great. A few small room issues like the blackout curtains being slightly ripped and the closet door not being able to close all the way. But lobby is great. They have infused water available. Bar and patio are great. And the food is good too.
