友人と宿泊。外資系ホテルのとてもしっかりしたサービスに加えてハートフルで癒されました。ホテルに数匹猫がすみついて？いましたが、邪険にするでもなく変にご飯をあげるでもなく、何となくなじんでいて、もちろん全てが清潔でした。朝食もとても種類豊富で飽きませんでした。欲を言えばもう少し、マレー料理がたくさんあると良かったな〜

周辺に歩いて行けるスーパー等がないので、買い物には常にGrabを使用しました。ホテルから離島に行くのは、とても便利でした。キッズのプールやプレイルームが充実していて、子ども達とのステイには快適でした。サンセットがとても綺麗で最高です。

プールの深さが何タイプかあり、小さな子供から大人まで楽しめます。スライダーは小ぶりではありますが、何タイプかあり、小さな子供なら楽しそうです。また、屋外の卓球やミニゴルフなど、1日中ホテルで楽しめます。プライベートビーチは、ほとんど人がいないので、のんびり陽射しを浴びたい人はいいと思いますよ！

広い子ども用のプールなど、家族向けの施設が充実していました。スタッフの方々には、細かいリクエストを聞いてくださり、とても満足しています。敷地内からサンセットが綺麗に見えましたし、レストランはどれも美味しかったです。

チェックアウト時の混雑は改善すべき。朝食のレベルは低く、期待以下。Sunset Barは、満足。清潔感やサービスのレベルは流石に◎。香宮は予約一杯で入れず残念。いわゆる大型リゾートホテルで、韓国、中国からの家族連れが多く、静かに過ごしたい方には不向き。

お部屋もプールもアクセスもよかったです。ホテルまでの道が一本道でよく混み合うので、グラブを呼ぶ時は注意が必要でした。チェックアウト後もプールやラウンジが使えて、便利でした。また来るなら泊まりたいホテルです。

(English follows Japanese) 設備が古く、サービスも最悪だった。シャングリラホテルのクオリティを期待すると、絶望するだろう。チェックイン後、バスタブから出てくる水が茶色汚水だったため部屋を交換してもらった。しかし、その次の部屋はバスタブが更に悪化しており、部屋の交換をお願いしたところ当初予約していた部屋よりも眺めが悪い部屋に変更された。クレームを入れたところ、「ほぼ同じだから問題ないだろう。今日はもう空きがないから」と特に悪びれる様子もなし。翌日部屋を交換してもらったが、また同じ汚水が出てきた。最終日前日だったため、もう諦めたが本当に失望したホテルだった。デフォルトで水が汚水だと思われる。　日本人しかバスタブを使わないため、他の宿泊客は気にならないのかもしれない。他のシャングリラに宿泊してきたが、このような対応は初めてでビックリです。もう宿泊することは2度とありません。 If you want to enjoy really 2 stars level service and really bad food, then this is a right hotel for you. Particularly, If you have stayed at other Shangri-la hotel, then this would be not what you expect. I stayed here for 3 days and had so many troubles. We moved our room 3 TIMES during this stay because the bathtub was broken and water came from was brown. I called to the front desk, but what they said is “just wait for one hour” even it was 11PM. After moving to other room, but the room had exactly same problem. After that we moved AGAIN, and the worst part is our room was downgraded because there is no other vacancy room even there is available rooms online. I thought this is 5 stars hotel, but apparently 2.5 stars level service. Don’t stay here. Really bad service, food and hospitality. Don’t recommend.

子どもにはピッタリなホテルです。ホテルのプライベートビーチはいまいちですが近隣の島に10分くらいで行けるのでビーチはそちらがオススメです。朝食のバリエーションはほぼ毎日一緒なので変化がもう少し欲しいです。日本人スタッフが滞在中の直通のLINEを教えてくれるのでかなり便利でした。

とても綺麗で子供もプールも楽しめよかったです。朝食のブュッフェも美味しかったです。ただ何故か最終日の朝食で、支払う必要はないけどと言われ1人分の料金にサインさせられ、チェックアウトの際に請求されました。きちんと言って取り消してもらいましたが。また、荷物の重量を測るための重量計が壊れていたのがざんねんでした。ただ総じてとても満足しています。
