We are renovating all our rooms, but being a large hotel, we are going floor by floor and have completed 4 floors already. The pool deck and bar were completely renovated recently, so we are constantly working at improving our product. We hope you may give us another chance if your travels take you back to Kingston.

Good day Toshana. Thank you for your recent stay with us. We are sorry your check in took a little longer than usual as we were running full during the period you were here. Check in starts from 3pm onwards, so we try as much as possible to have all rooms ready by that time, but when running full, if we have delayed checkouts, which we did, that impacts the turnover of rooms. We thank you for your understanding and hope you had a wonderful stay nonetheless.
