The staff offers you a book with recommendations such as dining and sight seeing attractions as well as how to get there by bus or transit. "Located in a quaint spot just off Kyoto station, 8-15 mins walk depending on how fast you walk, you get to be in a quiet space. Room is clean, equipped with a collapsible pantry, microwave too! Best part is that the toilet’s equipped with an overhead heater, its a very nice touch. Warm and fuzzy after a hot bath. "
