"I have stayed in this hotel for the last three times on a yearly basis.Very nice and satisfied.But on this trip, I am disappointed as I have booked a Premier twin room (43 sq m) but was given a room of 39 (sqm). However, I believe that it would be better if I had check in on weekdays instead of Saturday. Stay from Saturday and checked out on Wednesday."

"It is a very lovely, quiet deluxe hotel set back from the street. The service was impeccable, with free shuttles at call to and from the hotel. Remember to book in advance if you are arriving from the train station as this will save you the taxi fare! The rooms are large and the public bath is a treat. Breakfast is lovely - the restaurant faces the gorgeous court yard. "

"The property is so close to Karuizawa station and the famous outlet. I originally planned for 2 nights but have decided to stay just 1 night. The male evening staff was so helpful to cancel my 2nd night without charging me and told me I would get a refund from Expedia. Let’s wait and see! Will definitely stay here again! "
