"Hotel was nice. My family enjoyed the private baths. Location wasn’t good in regards to getting to the ski slopes and restaurants. If you get breakfast included, you cook it yourself- it’s just the raw ingredients. The room was huge and lovely for our family of 5. We were comfortable in the winter. "The property location is ideal for ski in/out at Happo One. Unfortunately, the only grocery store is a 20$ taxi drive (one way). Communication was extremely hard prior to check in. We called the # from expedia’s confirmation email and it was an australian number that was out of service. We emailed 3 different contacts only to be answered 2 days later saying that they could not help us as they were in australia.
