"I love the live bands as we always stay in the Jimmy Bs room. I was happy to be able to get excellent assistance from the gentleman in the morning as I booked an earlier arrival and was able to get into room very early next day great job. Although during checkin the front desk gentleman was not very friendly and customer service may not be what I’d say is his type of work. I will stay over and over again as I’m not that type to rate a great getaway based on one person who is not very friendly....
