このホテルは車を運転して泊まるには良いが、車でない旅行者には向かない。イルーン駅からタクシーで、駅からサンセバスチャンは軽便鉄道で30分アクセスに問題あり。

Pasamos una estancia ideal, recepcion un 10, servicio de camareras muy bueno turno de camareros correcto pero comparado a las camareras nada que ver... Y servicio de limpieza de habitaciones negativo nos molestaron dos veces mientras dormíamos una las 9 de la mañana y otra vez poco después de las 10h. Cuando la salida era a las 11h. Me molestó bastante.gracias

Parfait, sauf le restaurant
Un hôtel très propre, calme, confortable, moderne. L'hôtesse d'accueil très sympathique. Formalités rapides. Un seul bémol concernant le restaurant : le personnel n'est pas aimable et pas arrangeant. Malgré la pluie et la fatigue, nous avons repris notre véhicule pour aller manger à l'extérieur.

El edificio parece antiguo y por tanto las habitaciones son algo pequeñas y tirando a humildes. Con respecto al servicio muy bien, salvo por la atención en la cafetería, que había dos señoras de mal humor atendiendo a la gente. Para lo que vale, esta muy bien.

room above the restaurant
We were allocated room 127 which was close to the open atrium leading to reception and above the hotel's restaurant. We could hear the dull thud of techno music from our room which is not what we paid for. I went to reception to ask when it would cease and I was advised that it would "be soon". At 10:00 pm, I wnt back to reception to say that I could still hear the music and was advised that it had been turned down but I advised the receptionist that I could still hear it from my room. The receptionist allocated me a different room away from the noise. I did not need to move my luggage until I left the hotel the next day. So although my initial experience was not good, the hotel did their best to rectify the issue as best they could. So, I have awarded them 5 stars because the outcome was very satisfactory.
