"This rustic ryokan was situated in the beautiful Japanese alps on the main road through the valley from Takayama. The staff provided authentic, beautiful & of course delicious Japanese breakfast and dinner. The accomadation was simple, spacious and spotless. The onset was rustic and could do with some renovation but it was charming. The ryokan was more than adequate for the price. The staff was adorable and very helpful. Definetively we would recommend it."
