The best High level hotel. The receptionists were excellent, very professional and friendly. The place is super clean and modern. I like that we could access our suite from inside as well as from the balcony. Our son loved the water park. Definitely booking in this hotel for my next trips between Yellowknife and Edmonton.

Unfortunately, the pool is only open from 4pm-10pm on weekdays. We would’ve loved to have the opportunity to allow the kids a morning swim before continuing on our travels. The Internet was not working.

Great staff
Everything was great from the get go, but we didn't check the weather before we got here and it was minus -50. The front desk and staff helped me get the truck started via boost without any extra charge the towing company qould have charged. Great work staff, our new fav hotel. Plus the jacuzzi is a nice touch.

High Level has work clientele that frequently use this hotel. They do their best with the restrictions this presents. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean.

We experienced poor customer service by front desk staff, housekeeping and management. Complicated story but we ended up combining two reservations in order to add an extra day to the existing reservation. Management charged us for both rooms and was completely unreasonable or willing to have a conversation with us to correct the issue. Blaming us rather than their own staff who made the error and trying to correct it. Had to pay for a room that no one ever set foot in. We also had housekeeping enter our room with the do not disturb sign on the door while we were still sleeping an hour prior to check out time. While paying for two rooms the room we slept in was unbearably hot even with the heat set to the minimum. The room held a temperature of minimum 24-25 degrees with the window open and heat turned to the lowest setting. Ac unit had a sign saying not to use. Will not be returning and checked out 3 days early due to these issues.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food and service were spectacular. The kids LOVED the splash park and pool. However, the other guests were insanely loud ALL hours of the night. Most partying didn't spot until 4:00am.

When my co worker and myself arrived late on arrival one hour before the kitchen closed, our meals were still extremely tasty. Myself having a spicy chicken burger and a napa salad was delicious. Not ever expecting such a great meal at the end of the chef’s day was so appreciative and quick timing from ordering it to having it delivered to us. The bar tender who was working/serving us both nights at the bar was prompt and very friendly. Chef Jack even came out to meet us the second evening and asked us how our meals were, this was especially nice to see that we have honestly never been approached before like this and made us feel special. All was excellent and propert was well maintained. But they new swim life saver jackets they are too old and dirty and no longer fit all ages for kids. Who cannot swim while lifeguards not available.
