6日間の滞在。部屋にバスタブが無いのが残念だった。またシャワールームの水はけが悪く、トイレまで水浸しになってしまった。部屋は綺麗。ベッドも広くて良い。ただビジネスデスクが無いのが残念だった。

ヘルシンキの駅まで歩いて15分程度。目の前には湖があり、静かで快適。レストラン、バーなどが新しくなってて善き。部屋も綺麗で快適。この近辺にしては安値で毎回利用している。部屋のアップグレードがあればなお善き。

Nice hotel
It's easy to access to the city center by tram, the room was comfortable and I liked variety of breakfast. Only a bad thing was they didn't keep my baggage after my check-out due to being closed at 12:00 on the day.

便利な立地の快適ホテル
中心地から少し離れていますが、空港バスの停留所からも近く、トラムも複数線利用可能でヘルシンキ中央駅にも散歩がてら歩いて行ける立地で便利です。朝食も美味しかったので、またヘルシンキに行くことがあれば利用したいです。

ヘルシンキ駅からは歩いて10～15分程度。 決して近くはないが、歩けない距離ではない。 ホテルの目の前にトラムも通ってるし。 周辺はレストランやバー、コンビニもあり、全く苦にならない。 そして静かな環境が素晴らしい。 目の前の湖までいけばウォーキンクもジョギングも出来、6月なら気持ちよく日光浴もできる。

Die Hotelkette hat viel Geld in das alte Gebäude investiert. Style und Design im Restaurantbereich und in der Lobby sind gut. Flure und Zimmer auch. ABER das Managment scheint nicht gut zu sein. Nicht gefüllte Schaukästen und Dekoregale an den Fahrstühlen wirken unansehnlich. Der Pool ist ein Traum, hat jedoch keinerlei Charme drumherum, nicht einmal Ablagemöglichkeiten für Handtücher. Pflanzen und ein pase schlichte Möbel würden Wunder bewirken. Der Sauna und Duschbereich ist nicht clean genug. Insgesamt ein nettes Hotel, welches mit etwas mehr Liebe super sein würde.

Nice hotel. Good sized comfortable rooms. Breakfast selection was extensive and good quality and the gym in the basement was really good - a proper standalone health club with a very wide range of gym equipment and a pool and sauna. 5 minutes walk to a tram stop.

Tulimme testaamaan
Hieno uusittu hotelli ja hyvä aamiainen. Aika paljon oli respa tyhjänä, joten joutui odottelemaan. Baarin puolella myös puuttui asiakaspalveluhenkisyys. Lisäksi autoparkki ei ollut mukava kokemus varsinkin, kun moni oli parkkeerannut kahteen ruutuun. Kiva tietysti, että palvelu löytyy, mutta järjestelyjä voisi vielä miettiä. Sängyt yllättävän kovat, mutta jollekulle toiselle voivat olla mieleen. Kokonaisuudessaan mukava yöpyminen.

Standardhuone oli esteettisesti miellyttävä ja tilava, pieniä kauneusvirheitä, kuten toimimaton Chromecast, pieni ongelma suihkun suuttimessa, meikkauspeilin valon toiminnassa, ja viinilaseissa oli tahroja. Erinomainen hotelli hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä.
Saapuminen autolla oli tilapäisten liikennejärjestelyjen takia normaalia haastavampi. Parkkihallikin on varsin pieni ja ahdas. Mutta itse hotelli on erinomainen. Vastaanottovirkailija oli erityisen ystävällinen sekä avulias, ja late checkout-pyyntömme onnistui ongelmitta. Huone oli siisti ja toimiva, ja näkymät huoneesta mainiot (8.krs).
