"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

Pleasantly surprised that we saved time by using a rental car, parking in Preferred Parking ($20 extra), and avoiding the whole internal transportation nightmare. Took us half an hour max each way, including parking and walking. Thinking back to our resort stays, we walked about 10 minutes to our resort bus stop. Then waited 5 to 20 minutes for the bus. "I have family that lives in Englewood, FL and love to visit the area, but my husband and I really wanted to be right on the beach for this trip to maximize our time there. This rental fit our needs of being right on the beach, affordable, and having access to a pool. The condo is a comfortable size for a couple and was clean upon arrival. As others have stated, the sea grapes in front of the condo block out the view of the ocean, although the beach is only steps away and the sea grapes do create...

"Our three adult sons and their families joined my husband and I for a quick family get away to Disney. The location of this house was ideal! Quick drive to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all of the necessary utensils. Our granddaughter loved the Princess themed bedroom as well as the Harry Potter themed garage! The owner Jane was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The house is very clean an organized...laundry is a plus...really quite Condo and close to everything.
