What makes a Disney vacation home perfect ? Location, Location, Location.
They don't call Florida the sun shine state for nothing !!! Our home overlooks a beautiful lake. Enjoy the wildlife or fishing on the lake on just relax and watch the sunset. This is our only vacation home the pictures are of the home you are staying in. Our private pool is south facing with screened pool area. Eagle Pointe is a quiet and safe residential area yet only minutes away from shops and restaurants and 8 miles to the entrance of Disney. Our home is non-smoking, however smoking is allowed in the covered pool deck area. Sorry no pets allowed. Great for couples/families. Free telephone calls to north America and Canada.

This property is beautiful offers all the amenities that you need and more, pool is very clean, house is so spacious and felt like a home away from home. Property and grounds are well kept. My family and I will definitely look forward to coming back soon.

Pretty decent
Overall the place was nice for the limited time we were actually at the house. You do need to trim that prickly bush on the walkway to the door, it kept stabbing us when we walked by. We enjoyed our time there and the location was great for the places we wanted to go.

A relaxing spacious sanctuary
We are a family of 4, two adults and 2 teenagers, the house was perfect for us all. Check in and directions was really easy and the communication with Lisa was brilliant. The house had plenty of space after long days at the park for us all to relax either indoors in the cool air conditioned rooms or cool off in the pool. We all enjoyed the outside space watching the wildlife on the lake whilst chilling in the pool. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate in several times we also used the washing machine and dryer which was a great help. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe and was a perfect location for all our trips, Disney the nearest but everything else really nearby too. We had a fantastic holiday and Lisa’s home felt like sanctuary amongst the fantastic craziness that is Florida.

We were two couples enjoying golf and outings at Lisa's place. Masses of space with great furnishings and very comfortable beds. We had the pool heated which made for very pleasant evenings as we recovered from the heat of the links. Kitchen really well appointed for those who enjoy home cooking.

Lovely clean and spacious property within 30 minutes of Disney and Universal. Checking in and out was simple, and communication with the property owner was great. One minor issue with the pool pump, but that was resolved by the management company within 30 minutes of calling - great service! I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Overall this was a great stay and i would stay again. We found a couple minor issues. The side of the sink faucet leaks...there were no extra paper products like toilet paper/paper towel and the front bathroom tub does not drain like it should when showering. Overall this is a great place to stay. We left a few things behind to hopefully help others like ponchos and a stroller cover!

Excellent lakeside location, fully equipped , clean and comfortable property. Heated pool with plenty of poolside space and furniture. Couldn’t fault owner or agent and lovely lady tended to pool. Great location for all the major parks and close to Old Town , Premium Outlets, Florida Mall and Pro Bass shops. We loved the property! Inside was very comfy, plenty of blankets and towels to use! Neighborhood was very quiet! The pool area was our favorite place to hang out with our two children and the view was beautiful! The first day we had a welcoming committee of whooping cranes, ducks, egrets and some other native birds!

Eagle Pointe - we are repeat visitors
Beautiful house and spot at the lake. Friendly and quick response from the owner. Quiet neighborhood. It's our preferred place among so many options. Big enough house, pretty much complete with what we needed. Heated pool felt great especially during the cold days. I would return again.
