"This was a quaint facility, convenient to the town of Estes Park. The staff was pleasant, considerate and helpful. The proximity to highway 7 is pretty close allowing for quite a bit of traffic noise but it didn’t seem to be too much of an issue after midnight. Comfortable beds and nice, clean rooms made this a nice stay!"

"Beautiful condo room. Loved being on lower level by the river. Was put in an ada which was not needed but still nothing to be bothered about. All appliances were awesome and functioning. Couldn't figure out how to use the dvd player but again not a big deal! Would love to have had a firepit out off our patio but again, no big deal! I think our biggest issue was check out time! Waaay to early. 11:00 am is early but pretty much the standard and we thought it was 11:00am until we got a phone call...

"Property and room was very nice. The hot tub, fireplace, and kitchen were nice amenities. Hot tub could use a step to help get in and out for older people but was still very nice. The fans were nice to have too. At night you could pull in the mountain air and sleep like a baby.Location was just out of town and very quiet. Access to RMP was just a mile away. We’d definitely stay here again!"

There is a playground, fire pit, outdoor grills, and lake on site. Real fireplaces in the room encourage a comfortable night in your room if you want to relax. Continental breakfast is extensive with cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, toast, waffles and more. The vibe is 50's motor lodge in the best way! The rooms are large and comfortable. The one drawback is the smallish bathrooms- which is to be expected from a renovated 50's hotel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and we will stay here again the next time we come to Estes Park."
